Immediately I let them look at my car they took my car into the back right away and they started working on my ford 500, they told me it was my ford water pump, completely fixed my AC, my heat and made my car run correctly and stop overheating:) now my car runs great!!! They really do care here! It’s Quality care!!! They don’t try to sell you what you don’t need. If they can help you more in anyway they absolutely will!!! I brought back a bucket of fried chicken to thank all the workers for fixing my ford 500! if your going to trust A place to get your car fixed trust quality care automotive! They had people in and out every 10 min and even if they got busy working on my car they still took new costumers and they still answered the phone! be patient this place is very very busy all day long! They have many local customers who 100% trust them, I’m proud to say I am now one of the customers who will always come back to quality care automotive!! Service is amazing! Pricing is great! I was referred to Quality Automotive by one of the employees at O'Reilly automotive. I stopped in and they were quickly able to check out my tire and send me on my way. That's some great service.
