  Always trusted CarX to do the work right and always a great feeling knowing work is warrantied when rolling off and the job is done. I like the crew at this location they've always kept things clean simple and as affordable as they can . The advice to swap a bad transmission, even if it was a used Transmission at another Transmission shop is good advice if all the other parts on your car have been well maintained by CarX . Instead of spending a minimum of $13k - 23k for a new used car that may end up having a trans lasting as long as a newer used trans , or not nearly as long as a new Transmission at $5k is saving you 8k-10k dollars . And when the job was finished CarX did the front brakes fast and affordable, affordable muffler system front to back , our Corolla 2010 is actually running like a Cadillac. Still saving 5-10k

  I just recently went a few days ago to get my Oil Change and today I had to have my Shifter Cable Bushing replaced. Michael is very respectful, professional, and very courteous, and trustworthy. He will take great care of you and not lie to about what is wrong with your car or what you need done like some or most car repair shops. I truly appreciate all of his help and I will continue to go to CarX as long as he is there. He deserves to be promoted to the Manager of you ask me. Good job Michael keep up the good work!!! You are very much appreciated!!!

  We are a used car dealer a couple doors down from this location and the previous service management had been sending sublet repairs the opposite direction. We do most of our repairs in house but on occasion, need to farm some work out. I worked for this particular franchise many many years ago so I suggested to my peers to give them a try. I stopped in to see Chris but he was out on PTO. I met Michael and explained what we were looking for. Since then we have called upon for various quotes and also sent a few vehicles for service. Now we always hear the negative from folks in this business ( I know as June will be 50 yrs in it for me ) but I wanted to take a moment and share a well deserved POSITIVE review. We took a Jeep Grand Cherokee there today for an alignment...I told Michael this guy is fussy and would need a copy of thd before and after specs. We picked it up a couple hours later. When I drove it home this evening I could tell a world of difference ! ( I did NOT share with him it was my personal vehicle hahaha ) Michael is extremely professional from the initial phone conversation to the finalized paperwork process he makes sure all issues were addressed and all questions were answered ! And the repairs ??? Well just let me tell you , we have had zero complaints on work quality or price ! Michael is honest and is doing one heckuva job in my humble opinion ! Employees with this work ethic are very rare in today's time and Car-X / Buten Inc , you need to make sure to take care of him ! Mid America Auto Group

  Called ahead for help regarding a tire patch. Michael and his team were prompt, honest, and fair with pricing and the work itself. Guess what’s not flat anymore? My tire. Highly recommend their service. Thanks again!

  I came in for "Peace of mind" package for $49.99 with tires rotated, oil change, new windshield wipers, full vehicle inspection, etc. But I know I didnt need new windshield wipers and Chris said I didn't need my tires rotated. He did the rest for $29.99. Chris is honest and awesome. Highly recommend!
