  Ran over something in the road and got a flat right next to this Tire Discounters. We just wanted the spare put on. They worked us in despite being very busy, changed the tire, and charged us $0. Yes, they did it for free! Great people!

  I took my car in to have it serviced. I had two lights on on my dashboard. One for the TPMS and the check engine. The code indicated my surg pump was bad. They replaced the wrong part. I went to Jake Sweeney where they replaced the surg pump. When I called your store after getting my car fixed, AJ, who I assume was a manager; told me that it was my fault thattheyreplacedthewrongpart. He was extremely rude and spoke disrespectful to me when I asked was there anything he could do to make me whole. He offered to refund $51 if I brought the part back. I'm a grown man, I work hard for my money and something should be done about the matter. Additionally, the owner contacted me with no way to respond, so I had to call the infamous store and got even more bad customer service from Tim. I'll consider that a $250 lesson. Thanks guys

  I had a great experience here today. I needed a lot done and only one day to do it. I stopped in last week and talked to Jinx who was very understanding and patient with me. She walked me through a quote and gave me different scenarios of cost and time. She was very friendly, helpful, and encouraging. We made an appointment for today. I came early today and talked with J.R. who arranged everything I needed and again walked me through options and cost. Even though the shop was very busy and he asked questions or received them from mechanics, or customers J.R. was thorough and respectful with everyone. I came back near the end of the day. While I waited for them to finish up my vehicle I noticed again the shop was still very busy, but J.R. Though at the desk alone was still handling each situation in the same way, thorough, respectful and smooth. When it was my turn he and a technician filled me in on the processing of my vehicle, some trouble they worked through, and some simple life tips to make things easier for me going forward. It was a pleasure to talk with them. I got the sense they truly care about the work they do and how it affects the customers and people around them. And my car is running so much more smooth. I know I they took good care of it! Thank you!

  Professional and very knowledgeable staff. Another great experience, with excellent service provided. Very clean customer waiting area. My technician started working on my car at my appointment time. Very pleased with all areas of service provided.

  advertised oi change and tire rotation $90 also a 10% vet discount add the fact I purchased tires less than you would have thought it would have been cheaper, actual was closer to $119 plus had to return as they missed tire rotation. If not for friendly counter people, I would have rated lower
