J.R. was super helpful, informative and just an all around great dude while I was there, along with the staff that I got a chance to interact with. J.R. helped me get a good deal and they even stayed open past closing time so that I got what I needed handled done asap! Cannot express how greatful I am for them! Def will be coming back to this location in the future! Just make sure if you come you are aware that they are very busy (probably because they do good work lol) so be prepared to wait, but it is sooo worth it!

This is absolutely 1,000% the place to go in Middletown for your car needs. They are incredibly kind and will go out of their way to discount the hell out of whatever service you are getting while simultaneously giving you the BEST QUALITY of service too.

I Bought four tires at the Middletown location. My first experience was pretty good took a little longer than expected, but the customer service was good and JR kept in communication with me the whole time. After the service, I drove my van home, parked in the driveway Within a week and a half later the passenger side rear tire was flat. I pumped it up gave you guys a call scheduled an appointment for Friday the 28th got a call back and asked if I could switch my appointment to Saturday and I said sure I can do it at 2:30. They said can you come in any earlier than that? I said sure I can try to get there by 2 o’clock. I get there at 2 o’clock on Saturday and the Brandon says I’m not sure I’m gonna be able to fit you in. Mind you this is after I already changed my appointment to help accommodate the store. I wait an hour and a half and he says yeah I’m not gonna be able to fit you in today. I’m very frustrated by this. I complained a little bit. He pulled the car around and said he would fix it himself pulls it into the bay and says I need a new tire. I said why he said there’s a sidewall damage I said probably cause from where my tire went flat. He said it would be $220 to replace one tire I spent $240 on all four tires. He said I can give you a cheaper one For $146. I said brother just give me my keys. I’ll go somewhere else. What kind of customer service is this? Is it my fault that the tire went flat in my driveway no, I don’t think so. They didn’t even look at it to see if there was a nail in it or anything. I’m very disappointed in the customer service that was displayed here and think I’m minimally owed an apologies instead of being yelled at. And think my Tire should Be replaced at no cost. This is completely ridiculous
