  I had a low tire signal on my car at noon on a Saturday. They didn't have any appointments, but agreed to " work me in". My tire was repaired by 2:30 that day. Staff was friendly and very helpful. I will return to this location for new tires when I need them.

  Why make an appointment. Every single time I do it's 3 times as long as it should be. I try to make it first in the morning. Still wait forever before they touch your vehicle. New manager needed. I've spent quite a bit of money there. Will probably be the last.

  NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION! I have a van with a wheelchair lift for my daughter. Got a large bolt in old tires, and for safety, I found the closest place with Michelin's in stock. BIG MISTAKE! Even with an appointment, they were slow. The wheels were NOT balanced, the alignment was NOT done, and the tire pressure sensors were NOT fixed. I called to have the items fixed and spoke with the manager to set an appointment. When arriving with the van at the appointment time, we had to wait 4 hours, AND NOTHING WAS DONE. The manager didn't note the appointment. We ended up taking the van to the Springboro location, where, after 2 trips, they fixed everything. I've called the corporate offices to complain, but the district manager hasn't followed up. ABSOLUTE INCOMPETENCE!!!

  If I could leave a negative I would!! Do NOT take your vehicle here!!! They charged me over $800 to fix windshield wipers that never got fixed even after taking it to the West Chester location when Middletown refused to even credit me anything back on what they charged! On top of that, they flushed my transmission fluid and either didn't put any back in or caused a bad leak because when I took it to a different dealer a few months later, it was bone dry. And they didn't even screw the cap back on to my transmission fluid. I had no idea because it's not one with a dip stick. So now I'm out thousands more dollars on top of what I paid them to "fix" my vehicle!! There is more griping I could do as well about the "services" they done on my vehicle. Long story short, you are throwing your money away getting anything but new tires from this place!! I've even heard bad reviews about that afterwards!!

  Wow made a appointment on the website for this morning that's when it had a open time just got a text saying that time wasn't available. Need to take the appointment maker off your web site. That's ok the last time I was in the services I asked for wasn't done right on my other car ,was gonna give you all another chance but I guess it's the same as last time not a place I'll go back to.
