  In my experience worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Had an insurance claim and received my confirmation email that stated id have a 1230 pick up time. No show, by 1:15 I called for an update on my pick up and was told 230 to 3 someone would pick me up. 4 o'clock comes around and no pick up so I call. Was put on hold for over an hour and they hang up. I called multiples times after, no answer. I decided to call their headquarters and finally got an answer, the answer was they were sending out the district manager to get to the bottom of it. I understand things can happen but this is just being unprofessional and negligent.

  Waste place ever rude and completely unprofessional staf.i rent a car in Minneapolis and try to extend one day in this location m they refused my license and my nephew

  Very friendly and helpful all the way around, made sure I was stress free the guy I worked with was TJ Rawlings and he was absolutely amazing most friendliest person I’ve ever dealt with from enterprise. Last time was a bit stressful and rude service but he was very professional and helped in every way he possibly could. Got me in and out in less than 20 minutes. If I ever have to rent a car again I hope he is still there.

  Long time customer no more. The Covid excuse was good for a while but it’s 2026. How can I book a car online. Get a confirmation. Show up and there’s one compact car available that is no where near what I reserved. The booking process needs fixed and this location needs better priority for cars. Only reason for giving two stars instead of one is the staff is always nice.

  I rent for business travel. After waiting for 45 minutes and hearing customers around me being told they had to wait an hour or two for the cars they reserved, I asked the manager if I would have a car since I had a reservation. She said "I'll have a car, just not sure what kind". (I reserved a mid-size suv since I would be driving clients. ) She then walked away to take returns from a few customers and then came back to the counter to help a customer that walked in behind me. I canceled my appointment and found another option. Disappointing because I use the brand often but this location has been bad the last couple of times.
