  Scheduled to get my rental a week prior to meet me at the body shop and got here before time to get my car processed. The receptionist sent them a text to say I was here and 15 minutes later responded back to her. I called 5 minutes before she told me this and they picked up and put me right back on hold

  EFFICIENCY!!!! I HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE IN THE PAST AT ENTERPRISE BUT MY RECENT EXPERIENCE WAS A GREAT ONE!!! THE PEOPLE THERE WERE FREINDLY AND MADE ME FEEL LIKE A CUSTOMER OF IMPORTANCE. IT WAS GREAT!!!

  I wouldn’t recommend this place for anyone!! First and foremost I booked a reservation in December 2025 for a June 2026 booking with confirmation emails and proof.. only to show up and they say they didn’t have my reservation even though I had the emails. I called days before and continued to get hung up on.. waited 1.5 hours there for a vehicle.. the van smelled GOD AWFUL.. texted and called complaining about smell.. nobody acknowledged anything.. I drop off and call about issues and they’re gonna refund me money.. hasn’t reflected on my account.. called and asked to speak to TJ who’s manager.. girl said she and him would call me back at 3pm.. I said you promise bc I don’t believe it.. she promises.. 3pm comes and doesn’t call.. I call back and wait 1hour and 38 minutes on hold just for nobody to come back to the phone.. this was on 7/2.. 7/3 I speak to TJ who claims my account will be adjusted.. account reflects nothing and still haven’t received an email. This place is a nightmare and nobody knows how to do their jobs nor do they care. Will never rent from you guys again. Ivee called and spoke to customer service and keep being told someone will call me back and it’s still not happened. I am highly disappointed and plan on telling everyone about how horrible your facility is!! Don’t recommend d this place for anyone. They will also make it seem like “you’re” the problem.. but when you’re someone who doesn’t delete emails or texts.. the proof is there. They did us so wrong and I have all email confirmations!!

  We needed to rent a car because of an emergency and it went perfectly. They worked effortlessly, and efficiently. It was an amazing experience.
