if you are a commercial shop stay away. Over the last few months we’ve had Increasingly worse service from their commercial site. Almost all of the issues surround one employee, Bradley. We have parts that are said to be ordered that aren’t ordered, we have parts that were ordered that we call up there and ask if they are there for him to tell us they’re not there multiple times of calling, for us to send somebody up there to find out they Have literally been there for hours. We have a 50-50 chance of the part actually being incorrect when he picks up the phone, and my employees have been directed to ask for a new counter person whenever he picks up. Or have them look it up themselves and then call to give him the part number. Speaking with local shops around us they have the same issues with the same person. As well as speaking with The last two Commercial manager’s about it I felt they were aware of the situation from my shop and other shops. I don’t see how someone can go through to Commercial managers with this much of an issue and still be there. He cost us soooooo much time and money, and customer problems that isn’t worth any amount of money we would possibly save using Autozone. We are not a DIY customer, mistakes like these really affect us. It seems like there is nothing being done to help rectify the situation other than, yes, we know it’s a problem. O’Reilly’s has been getting more of our business recently because of it. I gave the Current Commercial manager a heads up. I would be writing this as a courtesy. He has our contact information and as well aware of the situation.

I go in to get a light for my brake light and had no idea how auto zone is so helpful!!! They let me use the tools I needed to replace the bulb right there. Costumer service was great!!!
