Jason, trinity and Micheal worked on my car and while there were a lot of cars in front of me they checked on me a bunch to make sure I was doing good! Once I got in I was in and out in under 12 minutes! Trinity was very sweet and complimented my car decorations! I was never made to feel bad for declining the extra add ons. I was also never talked down to which is always a pleasant surprise! I also always do the surveys and get coupons so my visit was even cheaper than expected!

He also showed me the filters, and let me know if they really needed changed out. Gave me some great recommendations on how to keep the ones that was bad lasting longer, and also fixed my glove compartment which was broke since I have had the car. Big props to him and the team at Valvoline by the Dayton Mall

They jumped it and it started back up then died again Ian The manager who by the way was amazing and fabulous. Him and his crew got me out of the bay and into a side lot so, I can have a tow truck come get me. I am from Xenia and usually go to the one there. I went here because I had a feeling and well glad I did. Thanks Ian for bing great and thanks to the crew who went above and beyond.

That’s what the kids are saying these days probably! My oil was changed and I talked to the manager Aileen about the truck I totaled! And she gave me advice on new trucks! it was pretty sweet!! I was kinda sad cause no one saw my pink giraffe key chain on my key ring, but that’s not even part of their job, so I’m not mad! I definitely will come back because they’re soooo nice here!! Great job Jeremy cause he changed my oil and was super nice! :)
- LGLauren GoslinJun 20, 20265.0I cannot recommend this Valvoline location enough! We had problems with our rental car and needed an oil change immediately. Ian was even kind enough to show us that Avis had put the incorrect size oil filter on our rental car, leading to our problems. He also ensured that we would be able to be reimbursed the full amount, provided us with duplicate receipts for Avis, and was incredibly kind. He provided us with his business card in case Avis had any question. You can tell that he and his team care about not only the cars they service, but also the people driving them. 10/10 stars. I wish we lived in the area so we could use their services on a regular basis.
