Guy working the counter seemed nice, but highly doubt I’ll ever be back at this place let alone any tire discounters. Tire discounters in general needs to learn how to use their online booking system anyways.

Instead of the manager informing me on the phone what state of repair my brakes were, the manager quoted me a price of $1192. I told the manager Stephen that I preferred not to get rotors done. Charged me 689 for brakes. I looked through receipts from 6/25/25 found my brakes were at 6mm and 5mm no repairs needed. With less than 5000 miles on my car I felt the manager could have been more receptive and told me I didn’t need new brakes at this time. He only told me my tires were at 4 when I returned back to the store but wasn’t on my receipt. I’m retired and don’t drive hardly anymore. I feel I was victim to meeting his monthly sale goal for the month. Women beware.
