  Good overall experience! Car wasn’t very clean, but it wasn’t a huge deal. Taking one star away because when we arrived for our pickup they didn’t have a vehicle for us initially and after 40 minutes we finally were able to secure the proper vehicle (a minivan) due to someone returning their rental. Prior to the returned minivan becoming an option, the presented backup option was a Mazda SUV, which wasn’t comparable to the minivan and they initially told us we’d be SOL if we didn’t like the Mazda. This creates a poor experience for customers, especially when a reservation is created weeks in advance. Seems like that’s a common theme here. I’d just be prepared with a backup option at a competitor if I were to reserve a car again in the near future.

  Rented a mini van for our family vacation. Price was the best around and service was excellent. Overall great experience thanks for making a pivotal part of my family vacation easy.

  I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Enterprise location. I have rented from Enterprise at other locations and had good experiences, but the service I received here was completely different. From my experience, the staff was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. I also felt that they repeatedly tried to provide me with the poorest vehicle options available instead of making a reasonable effort to help. I contacted Enterprise customer service multiple times to report my concerns, but unfortunately, the situation did not improve. What disappointed me most was the way the situation was handled by management. Instead of listening to my concerns and trying to resolve the issue professionally, I felt that I was treated disrespectfully and that my concerns were not taken seriously. Good customer service is not just about providing a rental car—it is about treating customers with respect and making a genuine effort to resolve problems when something goes wrong. Based on my experience, this location seriously needs to improve its customer service and management practices.

  Staff is great, service was prompt but car was disgusting. I️ didn’t even realize how bad until I️ got home bc it was mentioned stains were marked but I️ can assure you it was a recent spill as I cleaned it myself. Seats were nasty.
