  The customer service at this location is amazing BUT they have scrappy cars. The cars are always either dented, marks on the paint, and not a very good selection. I hate Hertz but at least they have nice cars. This location though, terrible selection of cars that looked dingy. Other than that, the service is phenomenal

  Ive called at least 10 times in 2 days trying to extend a rental. The the wait queue only lasts 15 minutes before it just automatically hangs up. No attempt to call me back. This is on top of getting the rental an hour and half after the scheduled pick up time.

  Easy process start to finish!! Booked through Costco for a discount! Took a new Pacifica to Anna Maria Island and back (2000 miles). Such a comfortable drive and fun to travel in! Staff was amazing! They were very helpful and kind! Would definitely book through this location again 🏝️🚙

  I have been renting from Enterprise for years and am a Platinum member. This is the first location that has given me such a terrible experience. I rented the same vehicle starting in January and extended the contract every 28 days. My January and February charges were normal, but in March I was charged more than 2.5 times my usual rate for only 26 days. No one informed me about any price increase, and I never signed an updated agreement reflecting such a drastic change. I called the location multiple times to get an explanation, but no one answered. The staff were also consistently rude whenever I visited to renew my rental. After returning the vehicle and reviewing my invoice in the Enterprise app, I was shocked by the excessive charge. I’ve rented from many Enterprise locations and never had an issue like this. This location lacks transparency, has poor customer service, and failed to communicate important billing changes. I hope management reviews these practices and addresses customer concerns. Very disappointing experience.
