Ask employee what kind synthetic noil he is putting in my van? He relplies it doesn't matter with his shitty attitude! Ash him what type of oil filter you using? He replied I can't give you that information! I think to myself won't tell me what kind of filter and synthetic oil he is gonna use for my vehicle! This is pretty shady time to get out of here and never come back! I would advise not to go there who knows what they will do to your car don't want that headache!

Called to get oil change pricing and after service it was 60% higher ($80 for conventional) oil change. The manager was unhappy that I didn’t opted for other services. He was even about to throw my reusable K&N oil filter. Overall the new manager/person will try to sell you as much as you can.
- MMMikeAug 1, 20265.0Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff at the Mentor location. I live about an hour from there but I happened to be in the area when I had some time to kill. My Ram was about due for an oil change so I decided to take care of that. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the manager ensuring me that I'd only be waiting a few more minutes. He scanned the bar code of my truck and went back in, assisting the other techs with finishing up the other vehicle. Within 10 minutes, I was pulling in. Immediately, a technician was working on getting my information while the techs went to work. I was out within 20 minutes after a complete inspection and a synthetic blend oil change. I'll do my best to make sure I'm in the Mentor area next time the truck is ready for an oil change and I'll be back.
