  Decent but waited a long time to pick up my prearranged car. Return was much quicker. The car left a bit to be desired. A base Ford escape with 55k and some scuffs, dings, and heat shield rattles..

  Staff at the Mentor, Ohio Enterprise location were efficient and courteous. They made sure to get me into a vehicle that I was comfortable with, which was important as it turned out I needed to rent it for 30 days as part of an insurance claim. Any time I needed to contact them during this period, they were responsive and addressed all my questions. They even arranged rides for pick up and drop off. Great service!

  The epitome of incompetence and corporate greed...I reserved a truck for the weekend to go pick up carpet and a couple other large items...when I get there I'm waiting in the lobby and overhear the lady next to me complaining that they don't have the car she reserved... that's when I look out into the parking lot and notice there are no trucks...sure enough the lady that works there comes in and tells me they have no trucks...so now I'm out hours of my time, have to try to get a truck on the same day which will cost more and hope they even have one available...these people couldn't care less how bad they are screwing people over...and where is the government on this...how do they allow business practices like this to continue...they micromanage every other part of your life but when it comes to these greedy corporations they just let them screw people over with impunity...Enterprise will never get another cent of my money...

  Very disappointing experience. I pay extra for insurance coverage that includes a Class 5 Luxury Sedan/Large SUV replacement vehicle. However, for more than a week I have been waiting for Enterprise to provide a vehicle in the class I am paying for. Multiple employees and even a manager promised they would call me back and find a larger SUV. Nobody called. Every time I call, I spend 20–25 minutes on hold, and often nobody answers or follows up. My insurance agent has called on my behalf multiple times and was given the same promises, but nothing happened. What makes this even more frustrating is that Enterprise advertises Class 5 and Large Luxury SUVs, yet when customers actually need one, they claim none are available and provide no solutions. The lack of communication, broken promises, and poor customer service have been extremely unprofessional. If a manager promises to call a customer back, that promise should be honored. I expected much better service from a company of this size. Very poor management, poor communication, and disappointing customer service.
