- RGRicky Gaudet1 day ago3.0So I've been coming to this location for years and decided for the first time I would use the "Mat cleaning station" so I asked an employee to show me how to use it.....he had no idea....he yelled over to his fellow employee for help....he had no idea how to use it either.....so after getting my car washed (I'm a member). i decided to vacuum my interior....as I grab the hose to vacuum, I got mysteriously drench from above with water, I guess after a rain the hoses collect water in their ribbed shape and then will dump on you if use them...I suggest after a rain that the employees "pre-drain " them when the rain stops so customers don't get drenched....the people here are pretty nice so I don't wanna be mean but I think better training is required.....I don't give 1 or 2 stars unless a disaster occurs cause I'm not a jerk but I was on my way to somewhere and now have to go home and change shirts so also coupled with the fact no one there at the time knew how to use the matt machine earns a 3 star review. I'm still a member and life goes on.....I'm sure these areas will be addressed...

They told me I could call at any time to cancel it so it wouldn’t charge me (I was only signing up for the day to get a deal they told me about) and I have called about 10 times (no answer) and left many voicemails to cancel my membership and no one will call back. I know have to drive 30 minutes to their location to talk to someone in person to cancel.

I emailed them December 2025 to cancel my membership like the instructions on their website state to do. I got a email back confirming they have canceled my membership but I am still get charged monthly almost $50 to this day!!!! they are ignoring all of my emails and I even called and left a voicemail that has been ignored as well. that 5 months of charges that are not authorized. almost $250 down the drain. I wouldn't recommended this business to anyone unless you are planning on having a lifetime subscription!

The truck we have is wide and we were never told nor are there any signs posted about wide trucks not fitting through the automatic wash. The attendee tried to force our truck through multiple times before having us back up covered in soap and leave the car wash. We were promised a refund and a call from the manager and neither ever happened and that was 3 weeks ago. Horrible customer service and if you have young adults working as attendees for the wash you should at least follow up after a situation as we obviously had to then go to another wash and pay for that to rinse and wash the soap off the truck. Owner obviously does not care and we have made multiple attempts to contact them and no answer or return call was made.
