  Let me start with this, Dan at Medina is the man! Had new tires put on at a different location, next day had a flat and sensors no longer working. Went back said they fixed it, next day same thing. Took it to Medina where Dan took a look at it, knew exactly what went wrong. He and his crew went above and beyond what I expected and had the situation resolved. Yup earned my business and been recommending that place to everyone! Thanks

  Me and my family were stuck on the side of the road due to a flat tire. It was already pushing 6:00 by the time the Lyft driver arrived to us! By the time we made it to miss the tire and they actually put my tire on the rim for me there was one minute to spare before 6:00 which is their closing time! I'm very appreciative of them taking service as late as they did and they made it in a timely fashion for me to get back to my family and take them home! VERY thankful and grateful!

  The location and staff were great. Monroe as a company gets one star. First, I was given a 730am appointment and assured the schedule was "wide open" by the call center. At 2pm, my car had yet to be pulled into a bay because the call center had the location twelve cars deep and four hours behind. One day of work missed for what should have been a couple hours and despite the car having been dropped off the night before. The car wasn't done until noon the following day due to the call center scheduling. Second day of work missed. Then, as I'm trying to pay, I learn Monroe just did away with the drive card a week prior but didn't bother to tell anyone. Because of this, they could no longer process my payment like they've done ten times prior. Instead, I had to go home and get the physical card to bring back. Then, the computer system wouldn't take my payment and so the card was ran multiple times. Then, corporate tells me I have to call Citibank about my limit. I do, and Citi bank says the payment was approved and the denials were because of multiple attempts. This results in my having to return again the following day. Three days, two missed work days, four round trips, one tow, a cab ride, a dozen calls, for a three hour alternator replacement that should have been completed by 1pm on day one. Deb deserves a raise.

  No one greeted me for probably close to 2 min, just for them to be sitting in an office. Also workers sneezing on paper work & complaining about other customers. " fixed my tire " did not fix it and & had to get it fixed the very next day. Charged me $27 dollars and didn't fix the tire. Tire was loosing air almost immediately when I pulled in my driveway. Upon taking it to anther tire shop the next day there was two holes found in the tire and they didnt properly repair the frist hole and didnt even attempt to fix the second hole. Will not be back
