  Would have given 5 stars if car was delivered with a full tank and not delivered with a tank between 3/4 and full where the customer has to guess at turn in.

  I have rented from this location about 10 times. Every experience has been good and the employees are helpful. I've have to wait for my car to be ready at other Enterprise locations, but that has never happened here. I'm also thankful to be able to drop the keys off after hours and had never had a problem with that.

  The 2 guys at the front desk are super and very courteous and respectful. I will always use the Enterprise in Fairlawn ohio on rt.18 Thanks again for everything

  The entire staff at the Fairlawn Medina Enterprise is amazing. I’ve had to get a rental at least once every month this year and even though I’m closer to other locations I always choose this one because of the people, the service, and the quality of the rentals. The GM Darnell is always quick to answer my calls and makes sure the team takes care of me. George and Stefan have also assisted me (I think everyone at this location has at this point &they are all super friendly and helpful). Literally will choose this location every time.
