  Super nice and helpful. I was unsure of my 5th wheel hitch if it was safe and may be in need of replacement. The employee took the time to go over my hitch and looked at every aspect of it and verified for me it was safe and was not in need of replacement for any worn parts or points of possible failure. I was super grateful and he reviewed per my request what is available out on the market now. I did not purchase a new one but when I do Chuck custom truck and trailer will be where I head to. Not just hitch but any trailer needs as well. I was very appreciative of them.

  I had recently moved to Medina, I had an issue with a trailer that I tow on a daily basis for work. I was referred to Chuck’s custom as the local place I stopped at did not do the repairs I needed. Upon talking with Chuck himself he gave me a lot of good information and put me on the schedule right away. As I walked into their shop, this place was set up like a fine jewelry store with all parts and equipment displayed and labeled, I was pretty flabbergasted and not expecting this from a sales and repair facility. Anyways, kudos to Chuck’s business and all his crew. Fabulous job and highly recommended to anyone in need.(Cut of coupler and up dated, new cables on drop ramp and most importantly, the back door was balanced, so the cables will not fall off again) Chuck’s custom has earned my business forever and will be highly recommended to anybody I come across or know!!!

  I would do a zero star if it was an option. Called and explained I needed a 7 pin electric hook up on my Acura mdx. Explained what the dealership was going to charge, asked if they could add the transmission cooling kit. They said no in the trans kit, But that they could do the electrical hookup. I explained to him I’m hauling a 2600 #horse trailer and a 3600# camper. He proceeded to tell me on the phone that the new car’s usually automatically have that on the transmission. I said no, you have to add a kit if you’re going to pull the heavier items. Put me on the schedule. I drive an hour on my appointment day. I’m sitting there for one hour, and I go to ask a question about if they can check and make sure there’s not a cooling kit- I saw on the invoice briefly a four…. I said you put a seven pin on correct? He said no a four pin. he argues with me that that is not what I ordered. The man I talked to on the phone steps up- Says I never talked about what I was pulling or a transmission cooling kit, That I never said seven pin! Then they proceeded to try to say that my vehicle couldn’t even pull that! I said that you obviously don’t know anything about my vehicle, But I did explain all of this to you on the phone. I said then take it off. That is not what I ordered.!they do remove it then and I left. They were extremely inattentive and rude- and had no clue about Acura MDX models, And the one guy must’ve zoned out on the phone and missed 80% of our conversation. I wouldn’t trust this company to put a ball on my hitch.

  Chuck's Custom serviced my snow plow. Chucks is very efficient and prompt. Everything was checked on my snow plow. Chuck went over all what they checked and advised of their findings. I'm very satisfied with their service. Thank you, Chuck, for having such a great effecient facility and great workers.
