If you care so much… go in and ask to see the video of the girl laughing. You’ll hear it. It’s not what you think and for one person to blow it out of proportion is so wrong. Also… you don’t think they have cameras there? Ask to see those too

They installed my replacement tire quickly and cleanly, and my wheel/tire were ready for pickup at the promised time, and it was easy to book an appointment. I will absolutely return for my future tire needs, and will recommend this Mr. Tire location to my friends and family. 5-stars!
- KCkallynn colemanApr 28, 20262.0I understand this is a business but the employee who serves us was uncaring and dry, he didn’t have any solutions to our situation besides buying a brand new tire after we bought one not even 24 hours ago. The one they sold was discontinued. We manage to work out a deal with the manager but I didn’t appreciate the lack of care or understanding. Unfortunately left a bitter taste in my mouth and will not be going back.

I came to Mr. Tire and Ashley was a breath of fresh air and explained everything to me and helped resolve my issue! Great place to go to get great service !
