  These folks were fabulous — my car’s serpentine belt decided to shred and take everything around it with it while on a road trip to Cleveland to handle some family business. These folks worked me in and got me back on the road within 24 hours. 10/10, highly recommend!

  Went there at 4 pm. Sign on the door & website said they were open until 6 pm. When I tried to open locked front door, woman at counter was on the phone, rudely shaking her head. Couldn’t have professionalism or courtesy to come to door and explain why door was locked. Maybe a sign could have been on the door explaining why they were closed. Being dismissed like tgat is just poor service. First and last time going there.

  Negative 10 stars if i could !!!!! The manager is extremely incompetent and has no help. They close early every day. My alternator was under warranty and they refused to honor it . Terrible service and treatment I will not be back. I used to go there regularly when the old manager was there and he ran the store as it should have been run . Sad turn of events for this Mr Tire shop!

  Stopped in for a quote on 4 tires last Tuesday, because this place was recommended by multiple family members. The lady behind the desk was so rude l left, googled other tire places close, and had a quote 15 mins later and an appointment the next day. Friday l called the company to tell a manager or owner about her customer service. I left a message for the manager to call me, and days later, no call. This is me passing along that l spent $1200 down the street.

  I took my car in on Tuesday night just to have one tire looked at and fixed. It was supposed to be fixed that day, but they could not get to it. The next day on Wednesday, I had to call at 2 o’clock to find out that my car still will not be fixed because they had no employees to fix my car. They did not call and make me aware that my car will not be fixed due to there issues. How is you not having employees my problem now. On Thursday again, I had to call to find out the status of my car. They told me they did not have the cheap tires that I wanted in stock for my car so they had to go pick them up at another store at 1 o’clock. My car was not fixed until 530 at night. This eas the WORST service I have ever had. It was very disappointing as I was stuck without a car on Wednesday and then I had to stay home from work on Thursday because I couldn’t make arrangements for someone to take me to work because of their inability to fix my car. When I finally got there to pick up my car they offered No discounts due to the inconvenience. No apologies were offered. I will never go to this company ever again. I also called the 1- 800 number for customer service and they couldn’t even offer me a discount at the time they wanted to send me a voucher to go back to this place in the future no thank you.
