Had a couple recalls on my 2018 crv, bought new from Jim White. Called for appointment. Talk to service dept., asked if they had all parts needed for job. Yes we do!!!
Took car in, should be done later today. Got the call later, can’t do everything, need a couple parts. Can we keep car another day?
Always love that!!!!
When picking up car next day, was told I need rear differential oil replaced. It comes with break-in oil, needed replaced at 15,000 miles.
Who knew that!! Sure would have been nice to have been informed of that when car was purchased!! Suppose telling customers that might cost a couple sales. Thanks!!
This was my second time using Jim White Honda for a vehicle purchase. This time was a trade in and purchase. We had the pleasure of using Michael and I could not have asked for a better experience. Everything he did was explained with all questions answered. The process was much faster than I thought it would be.
If you are looking for a reliable and gorgeous vehicle. Ask for Michael, and you will be taken care of.

Honestly, I was surprised and disappointed with the service here. This is a big dealership. My husband and I were looking for a CR-V hybrid and test drove one located here. The salesperson told us absolutely nothing about the car. Didn't offer any information what-so-ever. My husband and I were left to test drive on our own.
We came back about a week later, and a different salesperson approached us. Oddly, he tried to talk us out of buying a hybrid! Said he wasn't sure of "these hybrids" and that gas prices were coming down. When I looked at him surprised, he said "Just wait until January!" I almost laughed out loud. January?? It's April!
He did allow us to keep the car overnight, which was very nice (and helpful in determining if we wanted this car) and when we returned the next day, we had a few questions, especially about the battery health. Of course, no one knew what we were asking for, so our original salesperson assured us he would contact service and then call us the next day. Never heard from them again.
Very disappointed and quite a bit lower in quality of service compared to the place we ended up buying from.

I always get my maintenance done here! They have great service and just got sunbit so you don’t have to worry about breaking the bank to get your needed car maintenance done! They also do a great job explaining what will be needed for future maintenance without being pushy! My only complaint would be the waiting room chairs but I usually have work to do and use the desks anyway! Thank you everyone at Jim White Honda!
I left a previous review about my experience purchasing a CPO vehicle at Jim White. To summarize, I paid for a vehicle which included an inspection confirming the vehicle was in a certain condition. The vehicle was not in that condition. After four trips to the dealer and three days without my newly purchased vehicle (no loaner provided), it is finally in the condition it was allegedly in when it was inspected.
Jim White’s response to my original review stated that they “fell short” and “take this matter seriously.” They encouraged me to continue reaching out to “ensure it’s resolved effectively.” This is my review of that experience:
After almost three weeks of contacting Jim White there has been no progress. The sales team believes everything is resolved because repairs were done under warranty. It’s great these repairs didn’t cost me any extra money, but that’s short sighted. The inspection cost me money. The inspection said everything met standards. Items that “met standards” required repair, clearly not meeting standards. Again, this cost me a lot of time: four dealership visits, and three vehicle-less days. Ultimately, I didn’t get what I paid for. The inspection did not accurately represent the vehicle. I think it’s reasonable that I’m refunded the cost of the inspection and three days’ worth of transportation costs. So far I’ve been offered a sweatshirt.
I was confused by the sales team’s response considering the feedback from my previous Google review. I emailed and called asking for whoever responds to Google reviews. No one has gotten back to me. It’s odd and frustrating that I was encouraged to keep reaching out just to be told everything is resolved and then get ignored. If Jim White truly feels like they “fell short,” “take this matter seriously,” and want to “ensure it’s resolved effectively” then talk to your sales team, or listen to your voicemails.
