    I have to start off by saying that a lot of the time, I don’t trust car dealerships because of a long history of being scammed. This location felt like they’ve changed the culture of that! We worked with Ronny and Tony also assisted us a great deal too. From start to finish, I think what stood out the most was the transparency of it all. Discussing options, credit scores, payments, literally all of it. All of it was explained to us in a way that didn’t feel like we were being taken advantage of or we were dumb. Highly recommend this location for your financing or leasing options. I promise you they’ll take great care of you and they’ll make sure they explain every option available to you. Thought I’d need a co-signer and would have to jump through so many hoops just to get an approval. Walked out with a new lease and no co-signer and it’s my first time ever. I’d say the entire process took maybe 3 hours? Give or take. That’s with it being my first time and test driving. So I would bet if you knew exactly what you wanted, it’s in their inventory, and you’ve got your ducks in a row? They could get you out with something you love in less time. Again, Ronny and Tony were exceptional and really changed how I view dealerships and how they treat new & returning clientele.

    I went into Jim White to purchase a car, a newer one. The service from the moment I enter their car lot was nice and customer friendly. There was no pressure sales just very helpful advice and information. Michael Cicerella was my sale consultant, he did a fantastic job showing me the cars I was looking at , we took a test drive, perfect. The beginning to the end of my purchasing a car was a good experience, I would highly recommend Jim White Honda and their sale consultants for purchase of your next car. Barbara Fischer

    I took my Honda Accord in to get a wheel bearing fixed and an alignment. A week later the same area is making noise, so I take it to another repair shop. The man there shows me on the lift that the bearing is completely shot and the tire is wobbling all around. This is the car that my son is driving to work in. I drive the car back to Jim White and tell them to fix it right this time. No one calls me back, so I call them and the guy says it was the axle mount. I tell him it is the wheel bearing and he better get his story straight. The next day another guy tells me that I’m right it is the wheel bearing. So, I was lied to and no apology or sorry about your inconvenience. Never again will I go to this incompetent repair shop.

    I would to personally thank the senior service advisor with 35 years experience , as he repeatedly told me , for mansplaining why my elderly mother comes in for an oil change , not one , but two times over last 3 years , and walks out with a $500 bill each time . Nicely handed me the “Honda” recommended schedule of services to explain how although she only had 18000 miles on her 2021 HRV , she obviously needed a transmission flush and a brake fluid flush this time , and last time , with even less miles , needed fuel injectors cleaned and coolant flush . I mean , obviously , I’m an idiot because it’s years or miles … no sir , I don’t believe you’re arbitrary Honda recommendations for service . I mean , do you think maybe , just maybe , Honda and Jim White makes a little money when you follow this ridiculous schedule ?!?! Do you think maybe , just maybe , you could have said this is recommended , not required , by Honda . Give me a break , I know I’m just a mere female and all , but come on …. Never again …..
