  My experience at Jim White Honda was great. I’ve been going to this dealership for several years now with my Hondas and everyone there has always been courteous and friendly, and I’ve been taken care of in a timely manner. While waiting for my service to be completed on my Honda, I’m given updates and detailed information on my Honda, too. A+ Service!!!

  Brought my Pilot in for recall work. Dave was great to work with, he laid out the work to be done. Since I didn’t have an appointment he also tempered my expectations of when the work would be done. He called later in the day, letting me know work was done. I came in and he went over everything they did and explained results of their inspection. No pressure to have other things done, just the facts which was refreshing. I appreciate Dave!

  JOE was a pleasure to work with, but I took the vehicle in for possibly a front end alignment pulling to the left. It’s still pulling to the left did not receive any paperwork so I don’t know what was done to the vehicle. The salesman brought it out to me and handed me the keys and said I was good to go so I feel they did nothing to the vehicle. Don’t know maybe they did but once again no paperwork.

  From start to finish I had nothing but a good experience. Every person I encountered at the dealership was polite and professional. My salesman Tony was the BEST! He was never pushy about putting me in a vehicle outside of my budget and actually RESPECTED my budget. Tony found me an absolute unicorn of a vehicle and I couldn't be any happier! Ladies- if you're in the market for a Honda, get yourself in touch with Tony. I know for us women we can have...questionable experiences at a dealership. Not at Jim White and certainly not with Tony!

  Jon Welker PREYS on the elderly. I cannot count on my hands the times he has ripped off my grandparents, and they trusted him ONLY because he was friends with their son, who died in 1980. My grandparents believed in loyalty and fairness. Jon recently forced my grandma into a lease for a nicer car than she was turning in, knowing my grandfather had passed, and she would not be driving. ABSOLUTELY DESPICABLE. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO MY WORST ENEMY.
