  Very unfair and unprofessional.This location is 2 minutes from Amazon DCL5 in Toledo Ohio. They only rent out vehicles to 1 specific DSP. It does not matter if it is off season or Peak/Prime. We are total of 9 DSPs at the station and I request Enterprise to be more fair and transparent to all the DSPs and not have a favorite. Enterprise truck rental is still a preferred vendor with Amazon and I would hate to escalate this to Amazon. Thank you.

  Always slow as can be. Booked a truck a week in advance was told it would be ready by 7am. Get there at 815 its not ready told they would pull it in and be ready in 5 minutes. About 45 minutes later it was ready. Need more staff or better communication. Also we were quote $150 for the rental at the end of May but because we rented 2 days into June and they had changed prices we got charge the higher amount. Should have honored the reservation price

  Very impressed with the entire process from discussing all my rental options what to rent and where to rent. Staff was very upfront and honest on all my choices. Very easy to do the paperwork when picking up the vehicle and a very simple return. I was impressed with the highly optioned van that we rented

  The worst customer service here!! Completely wasted my time! Please fire Dylan and the other guy that works there!!!! Laughing at my over the phone saying oh Dylan is new he doesn’t know really?! Like really nothing is funny!
