  Great experience for a costly repair. The service team was up front & communicated with me during the repair process. Explained in detail the roadblocks & obstacles during the repair. Every time I called they proved updates. And if I left a message, they called back.

  Great experience at Belle Tire! The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful. The service was excellent, and everything was explained clearly. I appreciate their customer service and would definitely recommend Belle Tire to others!

  As always, Dan took care of a continued customer after the Secor Rd location wanted to act petty after breaking a sensor that incapacitated my truck from going over 45mph, which wasn’t the initial issue I brought it in for.

  So I have a small RV and I needed the tires on it balanced. I called several locations in Ohio and they both told me the same thing, the Maumee location is best to handle a vehicle that size. So I called the Maumee store and spoke to a rep, explained my vehicle/tire size so they understood what was involved. He proceeds to tell me to go to another tire shop down the road. I responded saying that I thought it was pretty crappy service to send me down the road when I bought the tires at Belle. Then he starts back pedaling, so now all of the sudden they do have the ability to work on my vehicle? Here's the problem I have with Belle Tire's rep, it shouldn't matter where I bought the tires if I'm willing to pay for services and they are capable...... UNLESS they really don't have the experienced staff to handle my problem, i.e. they really aren't capable and I still drive away frustrated with a vibration issue that needs resolution. I had replaced the original tires that had low miles, but were 8 years old. Old tires can lead to blowouts, not a good situation to be in on the side of the freeway, with vehicles flying by at 70+ mph. The previous were continental tires and they had no detectable vibration at all. So my preventative replacement ends up creating a problem where there was none. 🥴 I did replace the tires with Michelins, and they cost significantly more than an equivalent car or light truck tire. So based on what I paid and the service I received, consider another location to purchase tires than the Maumee Belle Tire location. So in reference to the reply Belle Tire made to this review: I also tried to contact the corporate office. You would think if they truly were interested in customer service, there would be a way to contact someone from customer service there. Guess what? There is no email, contact tool, or department called customer service as an option if you call. Someone online mentioned to use "customerservice@belletire.com, which I did. I received a response from their mail server indicating that email address was only good for employees. So then I forwarded that email to the ceo. Guess what, no bounce back, so that email went through and NO RESPONSE either. Seems like from the top down there really is no concern for customer service. Also review their response to anyone who had problems. They don't plan to resolve your problem, they only plan to try and do better next time another customer comes in. 😳🙄

  My truck broke down on memorial Day may 25th. Had to have my truck towed back to Toledo from port Clinton. Two days later, I then had it towed to Belle tire by Walmart. Said they couldn't do the right job there. So they then said their store in maumee on Illinois ave can do the job. So they found the problem and contacted endurance and submitted the the claim to start the work. They had a few communication problems, but things were finally worked out. They finally got the new remanufactured engine for my truck. So now they've had my truck at this point 3 1/2 months. The asst manager who has been working my truck told me Sept 1st that my truck was done. But couldn't pick it up till the old engine was picked up and waiting for the check in the mail. Endurance tried paying with a credit card, but the asst manager said they wouldn't take a credit card, so that is why they're waiting for a check. So I paid for my portion of the bill. So wed I called and talked to another employee about talking to management about letting me get my truck, since the dispute is between them and endurance. This was 9 am in the morning. I called back around 3 pm. Talked to same coworker. He asked me if we were talking about same truck. He checked and said yes. He came back and told me there was no engine in my truck. That upset me very much. So he said asst manager and his boss would call me the next morning at 10 am. They never called. I waited till 10:30 and called them. The asst manager answered and I asked him why he lied to me. He tried making excuses for his mechanic. Tried saying sorry all the time and and making excuses again. Kept saying his mechanic kept working with others and couldn't keep his mechanic working on my truck. At this point, they've now had my new motor for 16 days and NOT a damn thing was done to it. I went there personally and took a few pics of the engines sitting side by side and nothing done. NOTHING!!! I've been waiting all this time for nothing. Having to cancel and reschedule appts cause I do have my truck to go out of town for my tests to have my back surgery. So how many more lies am I gonna get. So now I've paid my bill like I said earlier. How am I gonna be compensated for the lies and all the deception that's been given to me.!!!! Cheryl
