  Awful. I guess it's my fault for having a VW, but this is the 2nd time I went to get an oil change and they didn't have the oil that my car takes. Also, I couldn't get a tire rotation because they didn't have the tool to get my lug nuts off. I went and purchased the oil myself at an Advanced Auto and took it back to the shop so I could continue getting the oil change. Is this normal?

  A young gentleman named Tyler helped me today and was so polite and informative would definitely recommend coming here even gave me a complimentary bottle of water much appreciated.

  Had a oil change and my oil light came on within 15 minutes after leaving I had stop and add two quarts.

  It was a quick and easy overall experience. The technician was pleasant....he pulled up my info from previous visits. Told me my upfront total, asked if I had any coupons for my service. He offered other services that were coming due soon, I declined and he responded "no problem, we're here when you're ready, no appointment needed". I was in and out in 15 minutes. VERY SATISFIED!
