  I was quoted $49.99 for an oil change on an Elantra by the customer service dept when I booked my appointment- this was the same price I paid when I dropped my car off for my last oil change. However when I went to pay my bill I was charged $109.53. I was told by the technician that it was required to charge me for full synthetic. I filed a complaint an they are going to reimburse $50 but I was told I am no longer able to get the $49 oil change and must get the full synthetic even though I have called other companies in the area which said the cost would be between 40 or 50 dollars for the make and model of my car. I was also charged a misc fee for using their equipment.

  Patti was amazing! Very helpful and underanding with my issue. I was hoping for just a tire repair but it was too far out for one so I had to get new tires (all wheel drive vehicle). She was very patient while I tried to think of what to do and she explained the different tires. Stayed a little later passed closing so I would have to find a way home and back in the morning. She always made it so my daughter a toddler was comfortable in the lobby. Thank you!

  I was nervous about what I needed done and had a horrible experience at a dealership before. I took a chance and called them since they’re down the street. Patti took my call and was amazing! She helped the whole way thru, and is so kind! Not once did I feel like they were trying to make money off of me and I got to watch them do fast and EFFICIENT work. Highly recommend them and will be back for sure!
