  Very professional staff, courteous, honest, up front, just what I needed after bad experience with another chain tire place. Got 4 tires about same price as tire rack after install of comparable mileage and warranty. Came back for rear brakes and charged fairly for quality work done on time.

  I was quoted $49.99 for an oil change on an Elantra by the customer service dept when I booked my appointment- this was the same price I paid when I dropped my car off for my last oil change. However when I went to pay my bill I was charged $109.53. I was told by the technician that it was required to charge me for full synthetic. I filed a complaint an they are going to reimburse $50 but I was told I am no longer able to get the $49 oil change and must get the full synthetic even though I have called other companies in the area which said the cost would be between 40 or 50 dollars for the make and model of my car. I was also charged a misc fee for using their equipment.
