  Customer service was good, the actual service was ok on the oil change and tire rotation. Asked them to straighten a tail pipe, quality of work was subpar to say the least. The welds look like burnt popcorn, and the tail pipe is not straight. Would not recommend this type of work at this location

  Would never recommend this shop. They cut lines on the car to fix the ac and they rigged it with a splice and tape. Never take your vehicle to Tire Choice.

  Was driving through Massillon on a Saturday and got a leak in one of my tires. Stopped in and they repaired my tire and had me back on the road within half an hour for $25. Very happy with the level of service I received here!

  Encouraged me to buy tires, once purchased said they could install. I get there and Patti (store manager) said that customer service booked my appointment too late and they can’t service my size of tires (35s). Don’t go here if you have a larger vehicle.
