  Oil changes are way too expensive here. I scheduled one online the day before and was not expecting to pay over $120 for an oil change after the service was done. I can get one done at my preferred car repair shop for less than half of that. I was not able to get into my preferred car repair shop as they were booked for a few weeks. I will not go here again.

  Shea at Mr. Tire was professional and friendly and replaced my rental car tire quickly and at a reasonable price. I had a puncture in my tire late on Sunday and was able to make an appointment for first thing Monday morning. I arrived and checked in at the desk at 7:30 AM. The issue was identified, the repair was complete and I was on my way home before 8:00. Shea understood it was a rental car and didn’t try to upsell me premium tires or other services. Highly recommended, especially with the convenience to book and keep an appointment online after hours.

  If i could give less than 1 I would , like many other people have said! I came in for a scheduled apt with the AC tech to recharge my AC, it starting blowing warm because a valve got stuck open. No issues with a slow leak, pipes, or the compressor itself. This was known, double checked, and made aware to the techs. After dropping it off 7/8 my quote went from $150 dollars for the recharge, to 600+ because THEY blew a pipe into my AC compressor after their AC tech got back from an "emergency" they had to run to.... so i waited a half hour past my appointment time for someone clearly not in their right mind state to mess up a 200+ dollar pipe. I should have cut my losses there and went elsewhere. Being trusting, I approved the work because the heat waves, and I use my car for work and just wanted it DONE, if an honest mistake was made so be it. I should have raised a stink THEN! all of my pipes tested up to code with the air compressor tests, and like I stated there was no slow leak! I went from full power cool, a valve stuck and drained the entirety of my freon in a 6 hr resting period while my car was at my office. NO SLOW LEAK! no pipes leak! Nothing! 7/9 they call to tell me they have damaged more parts, including ruining my AC compressor completely. 1000+ dollars now. ABSoLUTELY NOT. Yall already messed my car up TWICE! no work has been completed at this point - i am picking my car up this evening and have already open a formal complaint with corporate. At their second mistake my demeanor naturally changed to upset, at which point Even got quite rude and short. I even expressed "this isnt at you personally but I know there is more that you could do to advocate for a local customer obviously willing to spend money at your establishment than blaming them for your mistakes. Not a manager or hire up to help sort this out" NOPE. So corporate it is.... No discounts on parts or labor offered to fix THEIR mistake, followed up by attitude and rudeness. Its just unacceptable. I hope no one else gives them a chance. If you break it, you have your insurance help care for and cover your paying customers. You dont turn cold and act like your mistakes are THEIR fault. Just mind blown by the way they switched from originally friendly, to obviously protecting their own. Maybe Cruz wasnt authorized to leave so they want to cover for his crappy post emergency work? Maybe they should have cancelled the apt and rescheduled when their mechanic was in the right mind frame. Whatever it is, breaking a customer's vehicles expensive parts and then getting cold and rude with them, and offering absolutely mo help or wholeness. Yeah please, don't take the chance. I learned the hard way. Should have read and trusted the MANY bad reviews that mirror my issues.
