  I had a great experience with Tom and team! They evaluated a problem on two cars and gave honest feedback and recommendations. I will definitely continue to use them as we have 3 cars to be maintained. Also, I will recommend them to all our friends.

  Evan was great. We experienced running over a ladder on state route 30 that damaged 2 tires. Drove right to the Mr tire. Walked in explained what happened. He took great care of situation got our 2 new tires on and out the door in like 45 minutes. Will use again in the future. Thank you!

  These guys are amazing, excellent customer service and they go above and beyond to get you back on the road, they also have quality tires at an affordable price. I'm the hubber that brings the rubber.

  I picked up a nail in my tire and stopped in to Mr. Tire and the man at the desk not only explained what he could do, how much it would be, but also warned me of the worst-case scenario. They immediately got my car in and fixed it fast and inexpensively. I was from out of town so I was glad it was just miles from where my low tire light came on. I would recommend Mr. Tire for your tire repair.

  Lying to me was the issue... I needed an alignment the manager was super nice got me appointment super fast I told him I just had the shocks done in the rear and the upper control arm and that the bolts weren't tightened down all the way on one side I heard a small clunk asked him if why they were under there for they could just tighten that bolt up for me he said sure he added it to his notes for his technician because he wouldn't be there. Upon arriving the next day for the alignment the technician said they were no notes in the computer so I asked him to please tighten the bolt down he said sure, pick the car up after alignment was done asked about the bolt he said he doesn't know he didn't do it, Then they called the manager I talk to the previous day and the manager told them if it doesn't have to do with the alignment don't touch any bolt so I was lied to twice by two different mechanics if that was the case I would have waited to get the alignment done after I would have found somebody to tighten those bolts down.. and to make matters worse The clunking is way louder now after the alignment.. I understand that you didn't want to tighten the bolts down that you didn't work on but don't stand there and lie to my face and tell me you would to be nice and then don't and then turn around and say you're not doing it
