- QAQC safe foods Assessment2 days ago4.0While this location maintains a great selection of vehicles across every tier, inventory is managed strictly on a first-come, first-served basis. Because of this, having an advance reservation does not guarantee your specific vehicle tier will be held if you arrive later in the day. However, during my three-day rental, the service experience was smooth, and I was able to extend my days seamlessly directly through the app without any hassle.
- KKkate5 days ago1.0made a reservation for 11-11:30am for a car pick up and when i got there the lady behind the counter ignored me everytime i asked anything but spoke to everyone else, probably the most unprofessional person i have ever met. also , instead of politely telling me the system was wrong , she aggressively told me to leave their store. will not be returning and you guys need to learn PROFESSIONAL customer service!

- BWBen WestAug 30, 20265.0Hope took such great care of us by securing a van for our vacation. She made the process seamless and was so pleasant to work with. I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience!
- DNDan NofsingerJul 11, 20261.0Made a rental for a premium SUV in March for pickup on July 11th. It was for an expedition max or wagoneer L or equivalent. I have a 6 person family with luggage for my trip and that’s the only thing that will work. Called multiple times this week to ensure my vehicle would be here and was told it would be. Got here today and they only have the standard wagoneer and a Tahoe (which is significantly smaller when dealing with luggage and leg room). Being told there’s no other options. I asked how I could call multiple times and they said they “are trained to tell everyone that everything is fine and to come in for your rental - it’ll all work out”. Same thing happened to me in Houston at enterprise as well. Won’t be using them again. If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT TRUST ENTERPRISE! On top of that they wouldn’t reduce the price at all over some bullshit claim.
