- JMJasmine Misner4 days ago4.0Enterprise and my insurance worked together for a reservation when my vehicle was being fixed. They don't have a good size vehicle for me right away but they made it right the next day! Alyssa was absolutely amazing and kind and made the entire process so easy!

- LWLinda WrobelJun 6, 20261.0Booked a premium SUV rental which seats 8, 2 months in advance. I then confirmed with them 2 days before on the phone that they would have the rental. Once I went there for my rental reservation and waited while they helped other people, they said they didn’t have the rental they only had a Nissan mirage which only seats 4. My family cannot fit in that. Asked her to look at other locations and she said they won’t have one and that she was closing and could not help. ***update I called customer support within 10 minutes of being told they didn’t have the car I booked to see if another location could get me in what I needed and they said a regional manager would be calling me to get me the vehicle, it’s now Tuesday and that was on Saturday and still no call. I ended up renting from Hertz instead as they did everything they could to find me the vehicle I needed within a very short timeframe, while enterprise did nothing. I would not suggest going with enterprise not only because they do not actually reserve your vehicle but because they do nothing to help you and only lie.

The lady behind the desk let me in (doors were locked) but told me they didn't have my car or anything else feasible so now I'm stuck with nothing for my trip. Said they have no idea why the website or texts set me up for failure even though I did everything they told me to do including pre check and on site check-in. This company blows.
