  I want to say the general manager is amazing! I had an issue with the car I purchased. He fixed every issue and was so kind and understanding. They even gave me an amazing loaner while the repairs were being made. I would so purchase from them again.

  I had the pleasure of working with Syerra, and even though she’s new to this line of work, she provided excellent customer service from start to finish. She was patient, attentive, and truly listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle. Syerra went above and beyond to help me find a car that had everything I wanted, and she made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Her positive attitude, willingness to help, and dedication really stood out. I appreciate all of her hard work and would definitely recommend working with her.

  First time customer at Diehl and I will definitely return. I contacted 17 different dealerships in the CLE area, and Dan gave me the best price up front with no haggling. Trey and the team helped close the deal quickly and seamlessly without aggressive upselling or hassle. When I arrived to pick up the car I experienced the same courtesy - promptly greeted, thorough orientation to the car, all my questions answered, full tank of gas, and on my way. Thank you for a great experience!

  Other dealers can't even come close to what I had the pleasure to experience when Mason approached my wife and I on the lot. There was no build up, no nonsense, just straight "What are you looking for" and making it happen. Mason made my first Kia purchase the best car purchasing experience I've ever had, and I've owned many cars. Mason was honest, up front, and even was so detailed, he noticed a tiny dent on the new K5 we purchased, and is having it fixed at no charge. If you want a great car shopping experience, with no hassles, no bs, you need to go to Diehl KIA and see Mason. Vic was amazing in finance, and these two set the bar for the way every new car purchase should go. I cannot thank both of them enough, and I absolutely love my first and new Kia K5 GT Line. Mason and Vic, you're absolutely awesome! Update: Car had a hum between 60-65 Mph. Took the car in this morning and Mason, Vic and Dan swapped it with the same make/model/features. You can't ask for better service than this! Very Happy new Kia Owner, thank you Mason, Vic and Dan for making this a wonderful purchasing experience!!!

  Come looking for just car that wasn’t new and Syerra got me into something more then just a car. Its my first NEW car and I love it. She was very nice and friendly and very understanding about my budget. Now I don’t have to worry about if or when my car is going to brake down again.
