- BBBruh BruhAug 4, 20261.0Never buy from this dealership, and never buy a Kia. They are liars and scammers. Recently I had my car towed in here needing an engine replacement. Thankfully the engine replacement was covered under warranty and free. How ever, weeks after they did the initial diagnosis, and finally got my car the shop to get fixed, I was suddenly notified of my car now being stuck in neutral. I know for a fact this was not an issue before arriving to their lot. They deliberately waited weeks until my car was just getting fixed to notify me of this issue and try to force me to pay them 200 dollars JUST TO INSPECT WHAT WAS WRONG, AFTER THEY HAD THE ENGINE COMPLETELY OUT. They tried to take advantage of me not having a running car by rushing me into paying the 200$ diagnosis fee, that's not even including the repair. 6 weeks after my car broke down, I had to get it towed again to a different shop to get it fixed, still unable to run after the engine replacement. The issue? Shifter cable. They tried to charge me 200 dollars to diagnose a shifter cable even though they had the engine completely removed and could easily see the issue. These people are scammers. They want to steal from your wallet and kick you while you're down.
