- GHGrant HandrichJun 16, 20261.0I took my 2015 veloster in last year for over heating issues. After two separate appointments, the issue persisted. I mentioned that it was likely the head gasket and was quoted for a new engine at about $6.6k. They quoted the wrong engine and had to build one. They said it wouldn't cost much more than was quoted, but came out to about $8k. Now about a year later and I cannot drive my car due to misfire under load, cold starts idle at 2k rpm, white smoke from the exhaust, and coolant levels keep dropping(likely burning it). I have now sent 3 messages through their website and 1 email with no response. They seemingly want to ignore the issue and me. Do not give them your buisness and do not trust their service center.
