  We had an excellent experience at Diehl Automotive. We worked with Matt Ramey..he was awesome. I would highly recommend this dealership..they go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase, both before and after. 5 stars

  This was the best experience I’ve ever had with purchasing a new vehicle. Gavin was an excellent salesman. Very courteous and knowledgeable. DEFINITELY will purchase from Diehl of Massillon again

  Worst customer service & book time of any dealership I’ve ever encountered in my life. Had to use a few times due to recent antitheft recalls & them being the only reasonably located dealership. Last time was a warranty issue. Was told part wasn’t in. Came in two weeks later but was then told appointment to install would be another 3 months out but that would put me past my warranty expiration. Even though I should have still had almost a full year left on my warranty. But due to a clerical issue the warranty was back dated by the purchasing dealership? (After providing all my purchase documents) After back & forth they finally agreed to install under warranty after stating they are just so booked out due to servicing such a large area. All this in addition to the rude customer service agent on the phone, the rude voicemail from the service tech & after getting a ride to pick up my vehicle after being told It was ready was told if it wasn’t out front it must be still in the back & id have to wait as everyone was on lunch. I asked for my keys & said id get it myself. Was told that wasn’t permitted & i said my ride already left, i have to get back to work & if you or the two guys sitting at desks in the service bay cant get it I’m going to lose my cool because this whole experience had been an absolute nightmare & i just wanted to get as far away as i could from diehl. Finally the girl got flustered & went and pulled it out. Ive done the survey with a response by the then service manager with nothing but excuses. Even though I’ve requested to be removed from their email and physical mailing lists & i still get them. Every-time i see the name Diehl i cringe. Horrible. Just every single aspect of dealing with them was horrible.
