  Eli was a great help while purchasing and financing my vehicle, he got me the best price for my trade in, he listen to my wants and needs. Eli made sure I knew how to use the features on my new suv and made sure I was satisfied. All in all it was a great experience.

  For years I have had the pleasure of doing business with Duane Carnathan. He’s always told it to me straight and helped me get everything I wanted out of a car. I trust Diehl Honda and recommend everyone I know go there when they need a safe reliable ride. I know I trust I will get a fair deal and leave there happy. All the people we’ve ever dealt with at Diehl have been easy to talk to and easy to work with. I truly appreciate them all!

  We bought our very first car here in the U.S.! 🚗❤️ Jeff was very hands-on throughout the entire process, making sure everything was taken care of and patiently answering all of our questions.   I brought my car here back in March 2026 got $1800 worth of work done. Over all the experience was okay. However after I got my car back two days later it was making a loud noise. I called them they advised me to bring it in when I got there they advised me I’d have to pay another $200 diagnostics fee. I pulled the money out of no where to pay it but I didn’t feel that was fair. Apart of the work they did was rear suspension replacement, which is near my exhaust. The new diagnosis was my exhaust was rusted out. They didn’t warn me it was rusted when I picked up my car. The total cost would’ve been another $1500. I was not happy about paying the diagnosis fee because Ethel had my car not even a week prior called corporate filed a complaint for nothing to be done overall not a pleasant experience. The dealership is such a scam at times. I wanted to continue to take my car there in good faith but realistically it’s a money grab most of the times. They aren’t people of integrity everything is literally about money. You definitely lost a customer!

  I leased a 2026 Honda Ridgeline Black Edition from Diehl Honda of Massillon, and the entire experience was great from start to finish. Jessica Harmon and I hashed out all the details, including my trade-in, before I even stepped foot inside the dealership. When I arrived, the truck was already at the building and ready for me to test drive. Once the test drive was over, the paperwork was handled thoroughly and quickly. The entire process took about an hour, which was a refreshing change from the typical car-buying experience. I can't say enough about Jessica and the team's positive attitudes and excellent customer service. Everything was straightforward, efficient, and hassle-free.
