  My car was making a loud noise from the exhaust pipes so I figured something was wrong. Walmart told me that I needed new brakes after getting an oil change. So I decided to get a second opinion at Xpress Pro Tire & Auto in Mason off Kings Mills Road. The manager Jeff was polite and professional along with his honesty of communicating how he could replace the front pipe. And he explained that my brakes were still good with 50% usable life left on them. I truly appreciate an honest and reliable auto mechanic along with their competitive prices of upfront estimates. Shout out to this company for outstanding customer service!

  These guys are top notch. They got my super duty in on short notice, let me drop it off the night before and I picked it up an 1hr into the work day on Saturday. I had minimal time loss with out my work horse of a truck. Jeff is the man and went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied. Would highly recommend.

  Best customer service! Manager went out of his way to help me in a timely manner . My concern was my vehicle was safe and ready to drive for family trip. They are always knowledgeable, honest and committed to good customer service.

  This place is great to get your vehicle repairs large or small done. Jeff always takes great care of you. The quality of work is top notch and pricing is always fair. Would recommend this shop to anyone needing car work done

From beginning to end, Jeff was incredibly personable, professional, and, most importantly, 100% honest and straightforward. Jeff Wilson took the time to thoroughly explain what was going on with my vehicle, what needed to be done, and exactly how the services would be performed. I never felt rushed or pressured, and I greatly appreciated his transparency and willingness to answer my questions. It’s refreshing to work with someone who clearly values honesty and genuinely cares about taking care of his customers. Beyond his professionalism, Jeff was extremely friendly and amicable and went out of his way to make my time there as enjoyable, quick, and efficient as possible. The entire experience gave me tremendous confidence that my vehicle was in good hands. Exceptional customer service, honest communication, and quality care are increasingly difficult to find, and XpressPro delivered on all three.
