  Great service, friendly, helpful and always quick. I put a lot of miles on my car for work so I am constantly in need of some sort of maintenance, both times I’ve been here was only about an hour and price is always reasonable!

  Exceptional service and lightning fast. I came here for a second opinion after feeling suspicious about a quote for thousands of dollars worth of repairs by my previous mechanic. I found this location based on multiple great reviews online, and "lived up to expectations" fails to adequately describe my experience. I instantly felt at ease walking in, and after working with Colton and Reilly, I am feeling extremely confident in their assessments and explanations. I hadn't realized previously that they are full-service, and I will be transferring all of my vehicle maintenance needs to this location moving forward. Highly recommended, five stars.

  Took half day off from work and went in to learn my replacement tire was coming from the Colerain location and would not be in Mason until Saturday. Arrived at 8 am Saturday morning to have one tire replaced as it has a visible screw embedded in it. Wait ed an hour; paid $97.00; got home and checked the tire and it had NOT been changed. Drove back to the shop and waited another hour for the correct tire to be changed. Why wouldn’t the tech check for the screw to make sure the correct tire is being changed ??? Another issue I reported to the Manager was that neither my or my wife’s tire purchases from 2025 were in their computer system ??? We had been Customers for over 20 years. Manager apologized.

  Visited TireDiscointers today for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. I knew my tires were wearing and in fact Colton Lock, the sales manager, recommended new tires. He respectfully explained to me the condition of the tires, recommended new tires and worked within my budget to find the best tires for me. He was sensitive to my age and budget. He’s a fine young person and clearly knows this business!

  Colton Lock is a sincere and caring professional. He went the extra mile to understand and explain my tire warranty. Repaired my flat tire in minimal time. I have been a Tire Discounter customer since 2012. A job well done by Colton Lock! I truly appreciate Tire Discounters even more after this experience! Thank you Colton Lock and Tire Discounters!
