Paid for all brand new lug nuts and they still put stripped ones back on then the manger refused to talk to me when confronted. You’ll leave here with more problems than you came in with.

My daughter hit the new concrete medians on 5th street a trashed two of my tires. I am due to turn the car in the next morning and can’t change the date. They immediately ordered the two tires I need just before the noon deadline. Then when the tires arrive they realize I’m an idiot and didn’t realize the front and rear are different sizes. He got a courier to get the needed tire and got it all wrapped up at end of day. WAY over the top service. Greatly appreciated.
