Can’t say enough about how great our experience was with Tire Choice. Mike gave us exceptional customer service. When we found out that we needed rear struts and new tires the day before a long road trip, Mike got us all fixed up within two to three hours and on our way. Our van now drives smooth as can be!

The gentleman were beyond helpful getting a tire mounted quickly for me and even went a step above by letting me borrow personal tools to get the job done safely. Couldn't thank them enough for their act of kindness. Dont see that much these days.

I recently brought my 1986 c10 to have looked at for front shaking issues. At first I was told the problem was the calipers, rotors and pads so I paid 1,240 to have both sides replaced. After hrs of waiting I had to get a hotel room and was told it would be finished in the morning. I returned to the shop at 11am and it wasn't finished. I had to wait in the parking lot for hrs as I live in Michigan and purchased the vehicle there in Ohio. When I was told it was finished I took it for a drive the brakes wouldn't stop and there was a very noticeable rubbing sound coming from the front end, so back on the rack it went. The technician that serviced my truck said he thought the brake lines were bad and the shop replaced them at no cost. After they were replaced we took it for another drive, the rubbing was still there and the breaks still didn't work properly. You can imagine the frustration at this point as I've paid 1,200 dollars stuck in Ohio sitting in the parking lot at the mercy of my truck being fixed so I can safely drive it home. Back up on the rack it went ,the technician comes out and says..well I know what the problem is...the wheel bearings are bad. ( Are you kidding me)!?. I felt like it was a guessing game as to what was actually wrong and in conversationthe the tech tells me he's not a certified mechanic just an oil change guy,not sure but I think that might be agains the law.At that point I'm losing my patience and the manager says they will eat the cost to replace the wheel bearings the same tech that told me he wasn't a mechanic that replaced everything tells me he never put rear bearings back on and thats why it was rubbing on the brand new rotors I paid to have replaced. Hours later the truck was finished and I had to rent a room for the second night as it was late in the afternoon. Driving home the next morning and guess what...THE FRONT END STILL SHAKING. So bad I had to take back roads home from Ohio to Michigan. Everyone that worked here were all nice, but having someone replace parts on a vehicle that clearly had no idea what he was doing is not only extremely unsafe its unprofessional. There was a second technician there that stepped up and put the front end back together. I appreciate you!

I gave a 1 for price only. Very good communication. Pricing was higher than I anticipated. To get my air-conditioning fixed was way out of my price range. It’s an older car so I decided not to invest in the repair Michael. The manager was very kind very Customer Service oriented and did a great job. I wish i hsd shópped around. Walmsart had the same tires half the cost of what i paid. See photo. 4 tires for what i paid for 2. I wont be back
