  Marysville staff was friendly, welcoming, & helpful! The vehicle was clean & in good condition. They made the return easy!

  Kade was absolutely wonderful he took care of us more than we have ever been helped by enterprise. We had a car that was extremely stinky and he helped us swap that out for a upgraded vehicle.

  I've left more than one 5 star review, rented several times a month, spent several thousand dollars, I deleted those, the customer service has hit rock bottom at this place.walking in and being told in front of a room full of people that " you can't leave your car on our lot again" The vehicles are filthy upon pick up, found a box of condoms in my last rental, had to put air in the tires myself, Cade was probably the rudest person I've ever dealt with, instead of saying " hey I'm having phone reception issues" he was cocky, arrogant, rude and I'll admit by the end of the call I was giving it right back. Today's world everything is expensive and any company you use over and over should care about your experience. It was really convenient renting from somewhere local but I can never give this corporation another penny. If you really cared about how your customers were treated you would actually follow up instead of some AI generated bullshit response. Once Micah and Jake left this place fell apart, I noticed the negative reviews in the last 6 months, maybe you should follow up and see what's happening with that location. My company uses enterprise in 12 states and my goal is to help them find another company with better people running the show.

  They didn’t have my car for me when I went in 45 mins after early! The black said” well Brittney called you at 5:15 last night to see if I was still coming in to pu my Toyota.”I did not get any messages from Britt . The guy said well then since you didn’t call Brittney back we didn’t hold the car.” I asked him if he could check the Dublin location…. 5 mins later I asked him if he checked the Dublin store and he said “ THEY DONT HAVE ANY. SO I WENT OUTSIDE TO CALL THE DUBLIN LOCATION AND TALKED TO MARISA AND YES SHE HAD A CAR!!!!!!!! I went back inside and told the guy that he lied that Dublin has a car…
