  I called the day before to confirm my reservation I'd made 5 weeks earlier and they still did not have my car ready the day I showed up. Had to wait 2 hours for it to arrive. A scene right out of Seinfeld. I did get upgraded but the problem was Instead of a 5 passenger camery type I got a 4 passenger mustang convertible. Most times it would been great but I had to change plans since I could not haul my 3 grandkids around our final destination. Other then that it was good.

  In and out very quickly. Staff were polite and friendly. They worked with my auto body shop’s schedule so I didn’t have to worry about getting the rental back by a specific day. 🎉👍⭐️

  In and out very quickly. Staff polite and friendly. I especially appreciated that they came and picked up my rental after I got my car back from the body shop so I didn’t have to worry about finding a friend who could pick me up and take me home. Thanks Enterprise!!!
