  Called and made an appointment for Sunday. When I showed up for the appointment there was a sign on the door saying they are closed today, never received any call to say they wouldn't be open.

  💯 recommend!!! I was traveling through OH back home to TN. I had a blow out on the interstate. I needed a new tire. The gentlemen at Tire Choice Auto Care took care of me quickly and professionally. Thank you for getting me back on the road!!

  I had an oil change and tire rotation at the store in Marion. I did not get an inspection paper. I asked how the brakes looked because I noticed a wobbling and vibration when driving and stopping. I was told everything was fine. I scheduled an appointment to have the shaking evaluated at the same store.I was told an alignment was done and tires were rebalanced and the shaking was gone. I drove the truck home and it was shaking so badly I could hardly hold on to the steering wheel. I scheduled an appointment to have the truck looked at by another more reputable repair shop. The rear brakes and rotors needed replaced a brake line needed replaced and the tires were not balanced correctly. I drove the truck home without a single problem. I went back to Tire Choice to let the manager know and I requested I get a refund for part of the services I paid for and did not receive. He bacame very rude and defensive so I left the store. As I was waiting outside the car bays which were open, at a red light I heard screaming from the store. It was the office manager complaing to a co worker about me so loud I could hear them from the road.I honked the horn and the conversation stopped. Worst experience ever!
