  Called on a Sunday (when they SHOULD be open), made an appointment and drove out on a bad tire just to find a hand written piece of paper saying "CLOSED ON SUNDAYS". When I called back, the person I got on the phone was in a call center and tried to call the "Manager" who didn't answer. Definitely lost my business for tires and much more that I'll be having done soon.

  Called to book an appointment they transfered me to the service manager for question I had after sitting on hold the phone answered and nobody responded I heard nothing but noise in the back ground I waited an additional 5 minutes and nobody responded. Don't recommend going here

  I came in with a tire issues and needed an oil change. They helped with great spirits and fixed the issue. Wouldn't spend my money elsewhere. Thank you Malcolm for the tire change and the good services.!!

  I live in Columbus, but I had a flat tire in the Marion area. These guys took care of me got me in and out. It was easy. They were professional, and I enjoyed the service. So thanks so much guys for getting me back to Columbus after my flat in Marion.
