  My alternator went out on my way home from Toledo to Columbus. My first exit was the Marion exit and I pulled into NTB as my car coasted to a stop. Matt, Brandon, and Matt we’re all fantastic and we’re able to replace my a, and we’re able to replace my alternator and battery and have me back on the road in 1.5 hours. Fantastic people.

  Kudo’s to Mat, Brandon, Zeke, Malcom and Trey. They beat my time challenge to install 2 tires by 45 minutes so I could keep my other appointment. Great teamwork.

  Had a great experience at NTB Tire & Battery. The staff was friendly, professional, and honest throughout the whole process. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend them to anyone needing tires or vehicle service!

  I was traveling on. Sunday afternoon with a deadline when my tire picked up a foreign object on the highway. With last minute notice, Brandon and Trey at the Marion OH location, got me in and out, back on the road. Another shop had turned me away and I was so appreciative of their excellent service! Highly recommend them!

  We were getting ready to head out on vacation and we noticed our tire was low. We took the car to NTB and Brandon helped us immediately. He got us right in and fixed the issue. He communicated well through the process. It only took about an hour. He was very professional and the cost was fair and affordable. Brandon (Malcom) did an excellent job and we will definitely return here if we have any future issue. Highly recommend!
