  I had a rental due to an insurance claim. The day after I returned my rental I received a notification of damage to the rental car, which I had returned in perfect condition. No mention of any damage was made by the local office when I returned the car. Fortunately I took before and after photos of the car. Now I will have to hire an attorney to fight this. I would NOT rent from these people again. This is very disappointing because I have always had good service from Enterprise, and their Marion Ohio office in the past.

  Rented a vehicle a month ahead of time called the The week before To verify things go to pick up my vehicle and they have no cars overbooked by 30 in the end waited around three hours branch manager took me down to another location picked up a car. I got lucky!

  I rented a pickup truck for 2 days and 6 hours and was initially charged $355, which was fine. I also paid $35 for insurance and later a toll charge, both of which I understood and accepted. What I don’t understand is why I was suddenly charged an additional $59 with no clear explanation. Just because a company has my card details doesn’t mean random charges should keep appearing on my statement. By the time everything was said and done, I had paid nearly $500 in rental-related charges, plus a $350 deposit. That’s an extremely expensive experience for a short truck rental. The truck was returned safely and on time, so these unexpected charges are frustrating. Transparency matters. Customers deserve a clear breakdown of every charge before money is taken from their account. Very disappointed with the lack of clarity and communication regarding billing.

  Do NOT rely on this location for a vehicle. I wish there was a zero-star option. We confirmed a minivan rental 1 month ago for a long drive to Florida w/ the family. Showed up yesterday at 4pm, NO minivan, NO heads-up, NO offer to fix the problem except with a Nissan Pathfinder smaller than the one we already have. Got 2 apologies from 2 customer service agents and zero results. "Our Regional Manager will be in touch." That never happened either. Thanks Enterpise 👍
