- BMBecca MidcapSep 27, 20265.0Everyone was very professional and made the experience wonderful
- BHBonita HurstSep 26, 20265.0The Employees went above and beyond to help you. They are nice, happy people, that talk to you, very informative. My best thing is no one assumes because you're a girl, you don't know mechanics of a vehicle. I grew up in a large family of all men, who, for the best part had all been in the service. I can't thank these valvoline Employees enough.
- BBBeccaSep 19, 20265.0Went there for the first time today. I did not know what toe expect but I was 100% happy with my experience. The manager Austin was efficient and helpful. The staff in general was polite, quick, and efficient. The price was a little higher than say Walmart but the convenience and efficiency was worth the money. I also liked that I didn't not have to exit the vehicle to get the service. I will definitely be back. I utilized the coupon on the company site and that helped tremendously.
- MBMichael BowerSep 17, 20263.0Did not check air in tires, even though receipt says they did. No greasing of joints, which I thought was in luded for 135.00 with coupon!
