  Mitch was a thoughtful, kind and understanding employee. Hate that my vehicle repair took longer than expected and ended up paying a LOT more when I returned the vehicle.

  Great check in and check out process. No hidden fees. However, the vehicle I rented didn't run right the entire time I had it. Enterprise refused to let me exchange it for a different truck staying they didn't have another truck available the whole time.

  Had to rent a car while ours was in the shop for a week. Very easy transaction with good employees and a good, clean ready to go auto.

  Enterprise Plus Member: Rented a minivan from the Parkersburg, WV location two weeks prior to pick up. I called to confirm my reservation the morning I was scheduled to pick up -- only to discover they had nothing available. What's the point of a reservation Enterprise? When I called customer service, they assured me that they had one for me in Marietta, Ohio. Great! I'll take it and he booked it. I hung up and immediately called Marietta's location, only to be informed that they, in fact, have no minivans. Here I am, just hours before I'm scheduled to leave for vacation, and I have no transportation. Thank you Enterprise. Worst experience EVER.
