- MSMarcin SkurpelSep 22, 20261.0What a shame! I have been a customer for almost 20 years and have never seen such a shit show. Got in the shower look at the toilet seat, it was completely wet and pubic hair all over it. Instead of using a washcloth to clean myself I had to use it clean the toilet. Went up to the sink, more hair all over. Went up to talk to manager to let them know. Got the feeling like he didn't want to hear me. If he would just acknowledge my concerns that would have been it. Went to Arbys next. Girl at the register had the biggest RBF I have seen in awhile. No hi/bye or even look at you. Pilot, where do you find these winners?! What happened to the customer service?! This is absolutely unacceptable!!!!
- BCBrannon CollierSep 10, 20261.0This is worst pilot I stop at when it comes to showers! At they literally wait till all showers are full and then empty to clean any! Meanwhile the app says there is no wait! Then showers get cleaned and magically they have no towels! Management will not do anything and this happens at least once a week!!!
- PMPaul ManleyAug 19, 20263.0Typical gas station with over priced soft drinks and doesn't acknowledge their own app discounts. I don't think that I will be back.
