Sean and Vanessa got me in for an oil change without hesitation with zero notification on my end. They gave my Jeep a clean bill of health after their inspection. They were professional and answered all my questions.

Absolutely amazing service. I made an appointment for an alignment and was in and out in no time. Sean was incredibly helpful and even adjusted my driver's side door, which was popping. Top notch service and extremely competitive pricing have made me a customer for life.

I called to schedule an appointment for a flat tire repair between 12-12:30pm because Google said the location was open until 7pm and I worked until 6pm. I spoke to a woman who said they could schedule me for 6:30pm. I even got two text confirmation messages, yet when I showed up at the location on S Trimble road, the door was locked and sign said they closed at 6. I tried calling and clearly they outsource their scheduling because I again spoke to someone who claimed they would connect me with the service manager and instead I was sent to a voicemail. I received no answer to how I could have been scheduled and confirmed for an appointment at 6:30 if they actually closed at 6. Seems they should keep their scheduling in house or improve communications.

The manager/tech was very accommodating. He was able to work my son’s truck into the schedule within 24 hrs. The work was completed in 4 (part delivery included). My son is very happy with work. Rotors, pads, caliper units, calipers. 1500
