    I called to schedule an appointment for a flat tire repair between 12-12:30pm because Google said the location was open until 7pm and I worked until 6pm. I spoke to a woman who said they could schedule me for 6:30pm. I even got two text confirmation messages, yet when I showed up at the location on S Trimble road, the door was locked and sign said they closed at 6. I tried calling and clearly they outsource their scheduling because I again spoke to someone who claimed they would connect me with the service manager and instead I was sent to a voicemail. I received no answer to how I could have been scheduled and confirmed for an appointment at 6:30 if they actually closed at 6. Seems they should keep their scheduling in house or improve communications.

    The manager/tech was very accommodating. He was able to work my son’s truck into the schedule within 24 hrs. The work was completed in 4 (part delivery included). My son is very happy with work. Rotors, pads, caliper units, calipers. 1500

    Staffing issues. My 8am appointment had to be rescheduled due to lack of techs. Otherwise, they did a fine job.

    The guys are very knowledgeable and professional. I have used them for 3 different cars and they have done a great job each time. They always seem to get it done in a timely manner as well
