  I wasn’t originally going to leave a review, but after everything that happened with my vehicle, I feel like I need to share my experience so other customers can make an informed decision. I brought my vehicle to Mr. Tire for an alternator issue, which came highly recommended from a friend. I was charged over $1,000 for the alternator replacement. The vehicle continued to have problems afterward, including taking longer to start and electrical/charging issues. I called back a few days later and explained how my car was starting hard and if they could look at it again. They gave me an appt on a Wednesday. After 2 days of not hearing anything back from, I decided to call them for a status update. I had to call multiple times throughout the day because no one would answer the phone. When I finally got in touch with them they said they hadn’t even looked at it. What?! You’ve had my vehicle for 2 days and haven’t even looked at it. After talking further with whomever answered the phone he said that it was my battery. He was very nice and apologized. He was covering for the manager while she was on vacation. At that point I already had an appointment at my normal garage (who were on vacation during this time I tried Mr. Tire) for another issue I wanted checked out so I went and picked up my car. My regular garage ended up having to replace my starter and battery. They also replaced my front brakes (which Mr. Tire diagnosed as a ball joint issue) but that’s a whole other issue. A month later my vehicle then displayed a “Battery Saver Active” warning while I was driving. I had already had the battery and starter replaced, so naturally I was extremely concerned about continuing to drive the vehicle. So back to my regular garage I go. They said it was my alternator. They found that the alternator had not been properly fastened and was arcing. Fortunately, the alternator had a lifetime warranty and my regular garage was able replace it. I’m not posting this because I expect every repair to go perfectly. I understand that mechanical problems can be complicated and that parts can fail. My issue is with the quality of the installation and lack of communication. I would strongly encourage anyone considering having major electrical or mechanical work done here to get a second opinion and have the work thoroughly checked afterward. I honestly didn't want to write this review, but after everything I've dealt with, I feel other customers deserve to know about my experience before spending their hard-earned money here.

  Needed 2 tires replaced for my daughter. Got us in on a Sunday with seemingly only 2 people working. In and out. Fast, friendly, good pricing.

  It was a Saturday, almost 4pm and I have an unexpected tire issue. Where am I going to go on a Saturday!?!?!? MR. TIRE in Mansfield, OH!!! BEST DECISION EVER!!! From making the call to booking an appointment and to be back on the road in less than 1 HOUR!!! SHAWN provided EXCELLENCE in customer service!!! (hard to come by nowadays) As I waited, I observed Shawn helping other customers as well and providing EXCEPTIONAL customer service!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND, MR TIRE OF MANSFIELD, OH!!!   I had an appointment, but came in an hour early, just in case they would have had a cancellation and could get me in earlier. Thankfully they did and worked me in, and l didn't have to wait very long for the work to be done. They quoted me a price, then gave me discounts for different things after the work was done, they were very efficient and polite and courteous. Excellent work.
