  Went in to get a diagnosis of my car, was given the results. Decided not to do the service and just paid for the diagnostic testing,. I went to get an oil change at a different location afterwards and the technician asked if anyone has been playing around in my car recently because my air filter was not connected and put back in place . I’m pretty upset about it and I am glad I went to a different location if I hadn’t , I would not have known about my air filter.

  I had put air in my tire 3 weeks in a row. I took it to Mr Tire to see if I had a nail in, & I did. They found the small nail, removed it, & fixed my tire, in about 15 min. Then they conveniently parked my car right in front of the exit door, so it wouldn't take much effort to get in it. I really appreciated that, because I'm an oxygen patient.

  They did my transmission fluid and filter and put a new pan on and they was so good and nice they are th3 best im give u guys the best best view ever they helped me amd told what shape I was in where I had taking to another garage called halls auto out on trimble rd they didn't do nothing to my car if it wouldn't had been for mr tire I could have tore my transmission up thank the lord they fixed me . Mr tire shop is a honest company ran very well the workers go out there way to help amd our very nice . If I need anything else done it will be them

  Got us in to do an oil change on our 2012 Corolla sport, quickly and at a fair price. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about any questions we had, they were so great we actually ended scheduling another service for the work vehicle for brake maintenance very happy with going here, and glad I did compared to other places I’d feel like I got jipped spending money at other places or people now. Thanks for your honest good service work on our vehicles, you’ve gained 2 more households worth of loyal customers in return! & shout out to Shawn & Lewis for being so helpful and getting us taken care of that day!

  Went to a competitor and they were closed, so I called Mr. Tire and asked if they did quick oil change and I was told yes and that there was an availability at 530. I took the car there ten minutes early and was greeted by a technician that was very cordial, shared his testimony and even though it was near the end of the day, was super polite. He pointed out possible future concerns about the car's brakes and tire wear. The car is my son's and he was visiting us from college, and I really appreciate not only the customer service, but the work that was done and the costs. Thank you, Wil
