  Poor communication, prior to arriving for rental. Confirmation letter listed info to bring and was brought. Then, they added the need for credit card, on top of debit card when we arrived to rent. They were about to close and we were about to vacation. Left without a vehicle

  Everything went smooth no stress, no waiting, just in and out. Sydney made it feel effortless and actually fun, which is rare for stuff like this. 10/10… solid truck and even better vibes.
