Customer service was great. They got good vehicles to drive. They're not trashed up, not dirty. They're newer the rates. There are very good rates

The employees are great. The equipment is wonderful and the rates are very compatible. I worked with the Mansfield, Ohio office and Justin was great on the truck rental side, give him a call.

Truck was in great shape. It sucks it did not specify online you have to pay per mile when you rent a truck. That cost way too much

My truck broke down going to inkincarceration this weekend. I needed 911 help on a vehicle. I called them to see if they had anything to help me out. I got lucky and they had a truck for me. I was back on the road in hour. The staff there was amazing and im so thankful for them. If I could give more than a 5 star review I really would. I just wanted everyone to know how wonderful these people are for taking care of a damsel and distress in need. Thank you so much for the stuff that helped me!!!!
