  Truck was in great shape. It sucks it did not specify online you have to pay per mile when you rent a truck. That cost way too much

  My truck broke down going to inkincarceration this weekend. I needed 911 help on a vehicle. I called them to see if they had anything to help me out. I got lucky and they had a truck for me. I was back on the road in hour. The staff there was amazing and im so thankful for them. If I could give more than a 5 star review I really would. I just wanted everyone to know how wonderful these people are for taking care of a damsel and distress in need. Thank you so much for the stuff that helped me!!!!

  Poor communication, prior to arriving for rental. Confirmation letter listed info to bring and was brought. Then, they added the need for credit card, on top of debit card when we arrived to rent. They were about to close and we were about to vacation. Left without a vehicle
