  This is a horrible company to deal with. I was in an accident that was not my fault and needed a rental car that day. They brought me a very expensive SUV and charged me $72 without my approval. When I found out they were charging me extra. I tried to return it for a smaller car with no extra charge and they kept saying they did not have any cars with three seats available. They were rude and uncaring.

  Had a business trip that I needed a luxury rental for. This location said they had them. The in store rep called me the day before the reservation to confirm - confirmed with them. I arrive 20 minutes early for reservation. Waited an hour for a left over car that wasn’t even what I needed. Apparently they had to get the car from Ashland. Once the BMW was there they realized the tags were outdated. The 2nd car, Genesis needed an oil change so they took it to the mechanic. Eventually gave me a Volkswagen because I didn’t have time to keep waiting. If you guys know you have a reservation coming up why are you not working with the other stores to ensure that it’s ready? What’s the point in calling customers the day before to confirm the reservation, but you don’t call your partner store to confirm the cars ready?! I would’ve never reserved with you in the first place place if I had known the luxury cars wouldn’t be available. Then to top it off you guys give me a filthy car to drive - which I had no choice but to at the time. There’s a complete disconnect with this store, and I hope you guys can figure it out.

  My mother in law rented a car today ( that she placed a reservation for weeks ago ) for a large suv. We were told to arrive at 2p to pick up when we showed up they stated they did not have a vehicle to give us they offered no resolution they were rude to us and this is not the first time this has happened to us mind you we placed this reservation under a friend's and family discount so I wonder how they treat customers who's family does not work for the company. I would steer clear from renting a car from this facility unless you want no rental car , a headache and staff that makes you feel as though it was your fault rather than actually fixing the issue.
