    Usually I've had good experiences with this location but I'm afraid my last rental experience was not good. I reserved a car several months in advance and said I would pick it up around 9AM. When I got there I was told they didn't have any cars and suggested I go to breakfast and come back later. They ended up having to have cars shipped from an Enterprise location in Medina. Around 11:30 I finally got my car. The manager, Keon, said he would take 10% off for the inconvenience. When I received my email statement, the discount wasn't given. I called the Mansfield location and the woman that answered said she saw where Keon had put a note in my record for the discount but she didn't know how to do it so she would have him call me. A week and a half later, I'm still waiting for that call.

    Major, the man who helped us was very friendly as was the rest of the group. Took a lil longer to get in a car but no big deal. Awesome job guy
