Original vehicle that I wanted to rent, Toyota Corolla, I changed last minute when I saw a 2025 Ford Bronco Sport next to the Nissan Altima that I was gonna be given. Asked the rep if that was an employees or was it a rental (was not on the enterprise site as an option) and he said "it's one of ours." Can I switch I asked and he said sure for a little more (the app told me about mid-suv upgrade offer). I'm in the market for a new/used car while I was in the stressful process of personally making repairs on my daily driver then to turn it into a toy/weekend car. A Ford Bronco has been on my radar for years. I'm grateful and pleased Enterprise and the front counter representative for giving me the chance to test drive one as to help me make my decision in purchasing another vehicle.

Everytime I am promised a call back, never have I received one. I am being over charged for my rental. My insurance company and the collision center have documented that the truck was returned on 2/25. The store is charging me for the 26th. I have been hung up on twice by the manager of the store. Apparently he can't have an adult conversation. I was told they couldn't send me an invoice by multiple people. Finally got one last week. Still incorrect. All I have ever asked was for someone to call me back.
