- CMCody MillsApr 16, 20262.0I got the correct parts that I ordered online but the receipt I got in store was showing a total of about $40.00 less than what I actually paid. I asked about it just making sure there were no mistakes made. The manager couldn't figure it out and just had a bad attitude even after I told him multiple times I just want to make sure there's no mistake made. I had to go back a few hours later and get another part. When I walked in the manager muttered "oh he's back" in a bad tone. When getting my part he had a bad attitude and shitty tone. When I asked for my military discount he stopped talking and didn't say another word like he was embarrassed. Extremely unprofessional and shouldn't be in the customer service business if trying to make sure there was no mistake in my bill caused him to have a horrible attitude.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
