- LLLoganJun 3, 20261.0Attempted to order wheels over the phone. Was told to come to the store so measurements could be taken to insure fitment. Fair. When at store I was only asked the SKU for the wheels that I wanted ordered. ??? Why was I told to come to the store then? I listed the wheels that I wanted ordered, was given a quote and I was told that I would hear from them. Fast forward an entire week. I call them asking if the wheels were ordered and if I would need to be setting up an appointment soon. I was told the wheels were ordered and I would hear back from them when they arrive. Not even five minutes later I get a call back saying they cannot source the wheel I want, or the backup that I had given. Either it takes them a literal week to send letters via carrier pigeons to their suppliers asking about stock. Or they are so inattentive, that it takes a week's time and a ring on the phone, reminding them to spend the whole 3 minutes between calls this morning; actually checking their supplier inventory. Due to needing a 5x115 bolt pattern and wanting forged/FF instead of cast. I have had to order custom wheels that will take 2-3 weeks to arrive. I think if the service was truly worthy of those awards on the counter, I would already be close to a week into my wait for the wheels. I will certainly be taking the wheels I have to wait an extra week for, to the shop on Fields Ertle instead of this one.
