Today I stopped by to wash my car, I asked to turn off the sticky tire shine like I am doing every time. Today they told me that they cannot turn it off, I have to tell them when I am outside, I said probably last 10 times I did it at the exactly same spot and they were able to turn it off. I ended this backing out, then in again…they apparently turned the tire shine off, why “apparently”?, cause when I got home all that “shhhh…ine” was all over my car. I canceled subscription for both of my cars just for your attitude and because someone is to lazy to push a button!

My husband arrived at the car wash at 7:20 p.m. Their business hours are that they stay open until 8 p.m. He said that before he could get into the car wash, they turned off the open sign and closed. Why are they doing this when we're paying for unlimited washes and they're closing early? To me, it seems like they're taking money from people because they are not remaining open for us to use their services that we're paying for every month. I feel I'm being robbed!!

I had a crazy morning which included my dog throwing up all over the back seat of my car. When I arrived at Carriage House the vacuums were not on due to rain, but Brayden came out and got them running, stocked spray bottles and towels, then he sat and talked with me about his own dogs while I started cleaning up. His help and friendliness really turned my whole day around.

Love this place! Reasonable prices, quality results, and excellent customer service. The free vacuums are a huge bonus.
