- HUH -USAJul 27, 20265.0Great car wash and at a decent price (multicar discount is a perk). Nice that they provide towels even though they don't do much for actually drying off your vehicle. I saw some complaints about the tire shine. I had the same complaint but all you have to do is ask the tenant at the entrance to not use tire shine. They hit a button and tire shine will not be applied to your tires.

Their website does not send a confirmation for cancelling so I assumed all was good. Carriage house has now billed me 2 months in a row for $39.99. After finally talking with customer service to dispute they told me they could only refund one of the charges. Even though there is no history of my vehicle using the car was after I cancelled. I would think they would do better to keep me returning as a customer in the future. Instead Matt Hill (customer service manager) was rude and not willing to admit fault for their system. Before writing this I saw the credit for one month then they pulled it back. I will not be returning to Carriage House in the future. I’ll go the extra mile for Mikes Carwash.
- AUA UserJun 23, 20261.0Edit: Beware of subscriptions with this place. They send no confirmation when you cancel. Even after canceling twice they have no record of it. The best they could do is one refund. Will never use this car wash again and would not recommend. Terrible customer service! After being charged two months in a row when I canceled my subscription they make it impossible to speak with anyone that can help. I have been getting the run around for a few weeks trying to be refunded and make sure it’s canceled and nobody reaches out.
