I pulled in and selected my wash, then pulled up and the girls were having a problem getting the machines working (I was first customer as soon as they opened on 2.14.26 and the girl moved the cones so I could pull in and pay apparently before they tried starting the machines) which no big deal because I'll get my money back, right? Absolutely not a simple refund... the worker took my name number and last 4 digits of my card and promised a manager would contact me for a wash on another day or a refund....Nobody has called and I have reached out through the website AND the email that they keep saying to use in these review responses, and have not heard a single word. It is absolutely ridiculous that a customer needs to hunt down a refund when there was an issue with their machines.
