  Teslamend was professional and communicated well during a big repair from the local hail storm that came through Eastside of Cleveland. In fact the paint job looks better than when it was when I bought it brand new. Rob the owner was a fair and honest guy and I would highly recommend using them to fix any of your Tesla repairs. This is the second time I have used them, the first time was for some axel damage and experienced the same level of high service and quality of work.

  I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience working with Rob and the team at Teslamend. From start to finish, they were extremely communicative, professional, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. They made everything smooth, transparent, and stress free. The car itself was absolutely spotless and exceeded my expectations. You can tell they genuinely care about the customer experience and take pride in what they do. They treated me incredibly well, answered every question promptly, and made me feel confident and comfortable the whole way through. I was treated extremely well throughout the entire process and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled properly. I really couldn’t have asked for a better outcome or a better overall experience. If you need Tesla work done, I would absolutely recommend them without hesitation. Outstanding experience all around.
