  I am extremely happy with the way Rusty and Will treated me after a not so great experience at another location. It’s nice to know people still stand by their word and take pride in the work they do. Thank you again to the Lorain team for taking care of me and my car!! So grateful!!

  Went there to have rear brake pads installed. Had an appointment made and then the guy behind the calendar tells me oh it's going to go multiple hours before they can get my vehicle in after I already had the appointment made and then he proceeds to ask if I have my own brake pads well no I don't. Then he said well if I go buy my own brake pads it's going to be 250. But if they have to use their brake pads it's going to be $300+ Told him. Let me go make some phone calls and I'll be back. Went 1 mi down the road. Found another shop that will do the brake pads or $100. They pulled it in right away and started working on it right away. In my opinion anybody can take their vehicles to tuffy's if they want but tuffy's is way overpriced. I went back and told the customer service rep to take me off the schedule. I found somebody cheaper and he got offended and started arguing with me
