  Went there to have rear brake pads installed. Had an appointment made and then the guy behind the calendar tells me oh it's going to go multiple hours before they can get my vehicle in after I already had the appointment made and then he proceeds to ask if I have my own brake pads well no I don't. Then he said well if I go buy my own brake pads it's going to be 250. But if they have to use their brake pads it's going to be $300+ Told him. Let me go make some phone calls and I'll be back. Went 1 mi down the road. Found another shop that will do the brake pads or $100. They pulled it in right away and started working on it right away. In my opinion anybody can take their vehicles to tuffy's if they want but tuffy's is way overpriced. I went back and told the customer service rep to take me off the schedule. I found somebody cheaper and he got offended and started arguing with me

  Fantastic guys! I stopped in today to get my heater looked at. I thought that I had made an appointment for this location but apparently I messed up. They were able to take a look at it and found a plugged up AC vent that was causing all the problems. They didn't charge me a dime and didn't have a problem with doing a diagnostic without an appointment.

  I took my car in to have a oil change. Tires rotated and fluids topped off. They found another problem that could have left my wife and myself stranded. Now it's being taken care of and I don't have to worry about tire falling off.

  I called to have my oil changed and they checked all of my fluids and topped everything off. Rotated my tires checked all the air pressure. Make sure everything was good to go on a great price on everything very pleased with the service. Tyler did a fabulous job I will be coming back for my next job whenever it’s due.
