- EMEvan Mata5 days ago1.0Took my 2019 Jeep Cherokee in for Back brakes to be repaired. 200$ for the replacement with me buying my own pads. 4 days after the Service while driving had 8 codes pop up for (Abs) sensor, Ebp Service, Tire Pressure, Parksense Unavailable, 4wd system temporarily unavailable and others. Took my car to the shop to have them scan and seemed like they weren't going to take care of this issue. Most likely damaged or disturbed a Abs sensor or a wire harness. Not very happy that a car that I've only put 15k miles on is having these issues after a visit to this buisness.

- VDVince DonnellyJul 17, 20265.0Dakota was real good to work with. The credit card system had been down, we had worked right through a cash process, while I needed to go across town to get cash. I know of other tire shops that would not care if they lost the sale, and just let a customer walk. I carried in 4 new tires for installation. What set this shop above every other tire shop I've patronized, all of the tire pressures were within .6 of psi!!! I habitually check this after a tire rotation, install or repair. And 100% of the time, I would find tires as much as 15 psi difference between all for tires. So, whomever the tech was, THANK YOU!! Living 45 minutes away, I believe this is my new tire shop, and possibly other repairs! I highly recommend giving Dakota Patterson and his staff a visit for your auto, SUV or truck needs.
