When that didnt work we got the car to the back of the building where Riley and Jeff came out to help figure out how to get me back on the road all while Cassie helped entertain my children so I could focus on getting my car running. All in all it was an amazing experience showing just how exceptional their customer service is.

Upon inspection, myself John and Sam (Advance Employees) realized what was initially thought to be a broken serpentine belt turned out to much worse. However, this review is for them. These guys stayed with me for over 2 hours after the store closed helping me out in the parking lot. We changed belts, plugs, checked coils, jump started the battery and the list goes on....I can't thank them enough for their help and humanity that night. Lastly, John was kind enough to give me a ride home once my car wouldn't start after all efforts failed. Thank you John and Sam and for that you have my business moving forward. P.S. they both deserve raised immediately 😁

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
