  Stop in first thing in the morning when the shop across the street couldn’t get me in . Fixed my wife’s car quick . Great customer service! Brandon gave me great customer service !!!!

  I called a couple days ago to schedule an appointment for a smoke test. I called before my service and asked how much the service was going to be. When I got to my appointment they told me that the machine was down and he’s been trying to fix it all day. Well if you had known it wasn’t working when I called and asked how much my service was going to be they should’ve told me then. They also should have called me before I got to my appointment. I also asked them when it would be fixed and he wasn’t even able to give me an estimate time just that he needed to get a part for it. Horrible communication and customer service. Wasted my time.

  Took my truck in a week ago to have rear brakes done. Had an appointment at 2 . When I dropped it off I was told they weren't sure they could get to it. They did which I appreciated. Fast forward to the following week I need spark plugs and a coil pack . Priced it out and asked the guy when they could get it in for the work. Had it scheduled for Saturday at 4 p.m. . When I dropped it off the kid told me they wouldn't have it done till Monday like I was just going to keep my daily driver there all weekend .They didn't even have the parts in stock. When I schedule to have work to be done in any shop I expect it to be done that day. No point in scheduling appointments for people to drop off vehicles unless the work can be done. I never had a problem with this place in the past but given my last two experiences I won't be doing business here again.

  Dropped my car off at 8:30am for a scheduled appointment, for them to wait to call me at 3pm to tell me they couldn’t do my tire alignment because they don’t have the right equipment.
