  Fabulous carwash! The workers were all quick and speedy, with a great attitude! Even when my car was having a bit of trouble getting on the tracks they helped me out without a doubt! Will most certainly be coming back!

  Horrible and frightening experience. I brought my new car in for a car wash and had trouble shifting it into Neutral because I had rarely needed to do it since purchasing the car and couldn’t get it to work right away. While I was still trying to figure it out, an employee pushed my car into the wash without first confirming that it had been shifted into Neutral properly. Once the wash had already started, I had to put the car into Park. When the car came out of the wash, it was shaking, and I had to shift it into Drive just to get out. I have never experienced anything like this before. I’m still concerned that my new car may have been damaged. Having it inspected at the dealership will cost hundreds of dollars. I requested a receipt and shared my concerns with the employee on site, who handled the situation professionally, but the potential damage remains a concern. I’ve since done some research and hope my car is okay, but this experience was extremely stressful. Most importantly, this should never happen to any customer. Employees should always confirm that a vehicle is properly shifted into Neutral before pushing it into the wash. A simple verification could prevent potential vehicle damage and give customers peace of mind.

  After my car wash, I was vacuuming my car. I was approached by a gentleman by the name of Lee. Who could see that I was struggling vacuuming My car because of my bad back and I’m a older woman. He vacuumed my whole car out for me. He’s a great young man. Thank you Lee.

  I got an offer buy 1 month car wash and pay 29$ you get another month free, but once the second month term ended they auto renewed my car wash plan without my consent or any prior alert on renewal, and my car wash plan got renewed to the highest car wash plan and it cost me 44$ which i do not need. I called the tommy's lewis center the same day can you please cancel my plan and refund the amount as i am not interested, the person who spoke told it is not possible they cannot do it. I cancelled the plan by calling the customer care and asked them to downgrade my plan but they said it is not possible. Now i have end up with the highest car wash plan which i not interested and not going to use This totally unacceptable. Please be aware of auto renewal process which happens without your consent or any prior notice. Make sure you call the customer care to cancel it
